Una gran opción de alquiler de Martha Vineyard Edgartown / Katama está a medio camino entre la popular playa del sur y el pueblo de Edgartown. La casa es de aproximadamente 1. 5 millas de la playa del sur, que es conocida por sus olas impresionantes y casi blancas arenas-rock libre. La casa tiene una planta libre, y puede alojar cómodamente 8. primero piso de la habitación principal con una cama king size. Otros tres dormitorios están en el segundo piso. Cada habitación tiene su propia televisión y un ventilador. Primera planta dispone de un baño completo. El otro cuarto de baño completo está en el segundo piso. Lavadora y secadora en el área de estudio, convenientemente al lado de la entrada principal. La cocina está bien equipada con suministros. El salón es muy abierta e incluye un centro de entretenimiento. Conjunto de videojuegos Wii es proporcionada por la casa. Esta casa está muy bien decorado con un tema de la playa, y le dará a su familia un estilo de vida de playa casual y relajante! De julio a septiembre, la mayoría de mis inquilinos están regresando inquilinos y han estado viniendo volver por año. Yo también tengo ganas de hacer nuevos amigos y hacer mi casa para ser su próximo destino de reunión familiar.

Spring on the Vineyard

“ The reason I’m smilin’ is over on an island, back in the woods where I belong” -JTWonderful 10 day stay in Katama just West of Edgartown in a quiet and quaint neighborhood. Home is walking distance to beach, recently upgraded kitchen where we cooked many meals. Lovely outdoor deck adequate parking onsite. Will definitely stay again!

Nice stay

We enjoyed our stay at this house. Nice sized deck, lovely new kitchen, and good location on Katama near Morning Glory Farm, South Beach and Edgartown shops and restaurants. Not to mention close to the grocery store. I’d say just be aware the bedrooms are small, downstairs bathroom near downstairs master as well, but overall great stay and value. Owner Yan responds very quickly and was great to work with.

Cute Property

My family of four and close friends stayed here and had a great time (ages 5-40). The location is wonderful, close to everything. Easy quick bike ride to bike path. House was clean, pictures accurately depict property. Yan was great at providing us information prior to our stay. Internet was not working while there but Yan and her husband quickly remedied this. Only thing we were a little disappointed in was the yard the grass was long/unkept (grass was mid-shin, almost knee high) and there was a lot of ticks. However, we understand that ticks are always an issue on the island and can not really be helped and the lawn company did come the last day of our stay to cut the grass. Overall, we're hoping to come back next year if dates workout!

Loved our stay.

We totally enjoyed your lovely house. It was a great place to get ready for our granddaughter's wedding. We did not get a chance to do much cooking but everything needed was well supplied. The house location was great. Not to far to shopping or beaches. Very quiet neighborhood. The only suggestions i have are hooks to hang bathrobes, etc. And an upgraded shower in the downstairs bathroom. Otherwise a very comfortable house, (beds, furniture, kitchen, etc.). We would love to stay in this house again in the future.

Wonderful home in Edgartown!

We absolutely loved the house and the location. We were about 5 min to south beach and 5 min to downtown edgartown. It was very easy to get around and a beautiful neighborhood. The house looked just like the pictures and the new kitchen and bathroom were lovely. We will definitely be coming back!

Great Stay!

We absolutely loved our stay. The property was conveniently located -- close enough to everything, yet secluded enough that we really felt out of the busy, touristy areas of the Island. Yan was extremely responsive throughout the process and everything went smoothly. We will definitely stay here again.

Amazing House in Prime Location on Martha's Vineyard

Our stay was everything we hoped for --and more. Yan, the owner, was very organized and sent us information and updates periodically. The house was extremely clean, beautifully decorated and welcoming. We couldn't have asked for a better location; really close to all the shops and restaurants in Edgartown and equally close to South Beach. There are brand new chairs to take to the beach and all the appliances are top of the line. Plus central air! Our favorite part of the house was the huge deck with two seating areas. So nice to sit outside and enjoy the gorgeous neighborhood. The only negative (because nothing is perfect --even in paradise!) is that the master bedroom bath needs to be redone. That said, it was a perfect week and we are very grateful to Yan for making it such an incredible experience. We can't wait to come back!

Fabulous house can't wait to come back!!! Don't hesitate just do it!!!

This house is amazing across the board. I have been coming to MV since 1997. The location is ideal not only for Edgartown but also for going up island, etc. Love the kitchen and dining room and the HUGE deck is awesome. Everything is new and clean and the layout is so relaxing and has a beachy vibe. Great washer and dryer, etc. I highly recommend you stay here!!!!! You won't be disappointed. Yan is fantastic to work with. She even sent me a welcome text the day we arrived. My wife and I will definitely be back. Sincerely Chris and Linda

Wonderful home!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. There were six of us and we fit very comfortably in this lovely four bedroom home. The house was in excellent condition, and the distance to Edgartown and the local beach was terrific. Yan was an excellent communicator! We would be very happy to stay here again and recommend it to others!

Lovely home

Great location, home had everything we needed. Easy to get a crib and bike rentals delivered there. Bed was comfortable and hot tub was clean. Would definitely rent again. Only complaint was that the main living space was not air conditioned and it got pretty darn hot in there, although they did have ample fans. There were only two AC units in- one in the master downstairs and one bedroom upstairs. Luckily we only needed to use those two bedrooms and the other two without AC remained unused.

Super Katama headquarters!

Our family of seven were extremely comfortable in this clean, cozy, quiet property within easy biking distance to South Beach and Edgartown. Bedrooms and beds were all great and Yan and Ralph had everything (and more!) ready for guests. If you like being central enough in Katama but private in your backyard, with hot tub!, then definitely look here. Check in, and check out were all dead easy and Yan responded quickly and completely to every question we had. Highest marks here!

Great home for a family vacation

We spent a week in Yan and Ralph's house to celebrate my mom's 70th birthday. It was a great space for our group with two young kids. It was a quick trip to Edgartown and South Beach -- we were able to explore the island while being close to great daily spots. We loved having breakfast on the porch and watching the turkeys and rabbits pass by! The house has lots of light and is decorated with a nice beach and vacation feel. Thank you for a great stay!

Relaxing week on the Vineyard!!

This is the second time that we have stayed the week at this lovely home in Martha's Vineyard. On a quiet residential street, home feels very private. This spacious home has everything you could need for a family vacation. There were 6 of us and plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Fully stocked kitchen had all the small appliances we needed, and plenty of pots,pans, dishes etc. Large dining table for all of us to eat and play board games. There are books, games and a wii system already in the home. Very clean and well kept. Beautiful huge new deck outside to sit out and there is a barbecue grill and of course the hot tub! This 4BR/2BA is great for families or for adult couples sharing the home. Loved Linda Jean's restaurant in Oak Bluffs for family friendly eats and of course its close to the arcade and the numerous ice cream parlors. Also enjoyed bowling at the Barn!

Great house, amazing location and great owner

The location can't be any better. You have easy access to south beach and edgartown. There is so much to do in this area. It's the best area of MV. We had such a great time on our vacation no one wanted to leave. The house is beautiful and well kept. It was spotless when we arrived. Thank you very much!! We will definitely come back

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

My husband and I are long-time New England residence. We love travelling. Since 2005, we have been spending our summer vacation on the vineyard, the most romantic place that we absolutely fell in love from our first visit. Katama in Edgartown is our favorite. The location is quiet and private enough, and not far from either the town or the beach. Every time I got off the ferry, I immediately felt relaxed. Most of the time, we started our day by riding our bikes through the bike path or a backroad run all the way to the beach. We'll grab a lunch at the local pizza shop, and then heading to the beach and bathing in the sun for the afternoon. On our way home, we always stop by the island farm to pick up some fresh vegetables and put them on our outdoor grill. After dinner, we like to walk in the town, visit shops, and sometimes catch a movie in a local theater. There are so many fine restaurants in Edgartown and on the island. Our favorite places include but not limited to the list below. Port Hunter, a local brewery and burger place with live music over the weekend. Atria, a fusion and delicious familiy-style setting, where the president and first lady visited. Seafood Shanty sits on the water and is a fantastic dining experience for anyone. Everyday on the island is so soothing and healthy. We absolutely love it!

I bought this house because the house is situated in a very quiet and nice neighborhood. I like the open floor plan with many windows. I always prefer a four bedroom vacation home, so we can share with another family. We like to do major or minor updates to the house each year just to give the house a fresh new look. In our own mind, this is not just a rental property that we share with the others. It is our own home and we want to take care of it in a way that we love living here as well.
