Sea Le Vee… Look no more, you have found it… An Absolutely Beautiful home to enjoy your next family beach getaway. Fantastic views from two levels, a private pool, outdoor shower, and a half bath in the garage that accesses the pool area, garage access, only a fifteen-minute walk to the beach, and a six-passenger golf cart for your entire stay. The minute you enter you will love all the special touches, and care that went into making this house your “Sea La Vee”. Enter on the ground level, here you will find an entrance into the garage, where you will be able to park one of your vehicles. There is a half bath (H/BA1) located here with easy access to the pool area. Step outside in the back area to a glistening private pool, with Adirondack chairs to sit and relax in. Before you jump into the pool, rinse off that sand from the beach in the outdoor shower conveniently located right outside the back door, up against the house. Cook up your catch of the day on a charcoal grill out by the pool. (The grill is kept inside the garage, please move it away from underneath the deck to cook.) Back inside go up the stairs to the second level, to the right is a half bath(H/BA2), and back to the left is BR1) here you will find a king-size bed, TV, nightstands, and a closet. Coming out of the bedroom back to the left is an open living area with a sofa, TV, a Wii game system, and an XBOX with a few games for your enjoyment. There is also a door that leads out to the second-floor deck. Here you will find a table & chairs and gorgeous views as you enjoy your morning coffee or that evening glass of wine. This deck also has stairs to connect with the lower pool level area. Back inside down the hallway to the right is a large laundry room, across the hall on the left is an incredible coffee bar (drip coffee maker), complete with a sink, cabinets, granite countertops and to top it off a wine cooler. Back down to the left is BR2) this bedroom has two bunk beds each with twin over full, a TV, a large chest for your beach attire, and a closet. Next is the shared full bath (BA1) with a tub/shower combo and toilet (has a door to close off this area), and granite countertops with double sinks. Back out to the right is BR3) this bedroom could be a second master, complete with a king-size bed, nightstands, TV, tall chest, and a closet. This bedroom also has a door to that same second-floor outdoor deck area. Enter the ensuite full bath (BA2) here you will find a walk-in shower and granite countertops with double sinks.
Now… Let's go up the stairs to the third level… You enter the living/dining area along with the kitchen, it has an open concept, so the whole family can enjoy each other if you so choose. The dining area has a large heavy-duty picnic-style dining table with two large benches. The sofa in the living area is a large comfy sectional. There is also a (H/BA3) located off the hallway entrance with a pedestal sink. The Kitchen is very well equipped with everything you will need to prepare everything from simple to gourmet meals. Appliances are stainless steel, a toaster, and for coffee lovers, both a Keurig and a regular drip coffee maker. This kitchen is so inviting with granite countertops, a backsplash of blues, turquoise, and tan, an island completes the kitchen with a sink. On the other side of the island are four bar stools for dining in the island area. Right off the kitchen is BD4) the master bedroom with a king-size bed, nightstands, a chest, and a TV. Enter the ensuite full master bath (BA3) it has granite double sinks, plenty of cabinet space, a closet, and a door that closes to the toilet area. The walk-in shower has a corner bench seat and beautiful subway tile. This master bedroom has a door that opens to the third-floor deck area, and the living area also has a door that opens to this deck area. Here is where you are going to find the true meaning of “Sea La Vee” The view from this deck is amazing, you can see the waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Sit back and relax as you watch the sunrise in the mornings, then on those full moon nights, watch as the moon looks as if it's rising straight from the sea…

We stayed here with 2 other families and had a great time! Had lots of space and the bunk room was great for the kids. The house was well stocked with all the kitchen items you would need to cook. The pool area was great as well. We did have an ant problem, however the management company sent pest control over quickly after contacting them. This property was super close to the beach as well as all the shops and restaurants which we loved. Was also really nice to have the golf cart included and the beach gear credit. We definitely are planning another stay next summer!

Host very welcoming.House good size and well laid out. There were several guest unfriendly issues1) Way too few linens for a weeks stay2) None of bedrooms had convenience lamps on bedside tables which precluded reading and made it a challenge to turn out overhead lights and get to bed without tripping over something3) The 3rd floor master bedroom door to outside had Zero covering which made the neighbors backyard lights very bright and offered zero privacy with persons utilizing 3rd floor deck4) There were bo hairdryers and no iron nor ironing board….both of which are normally provided guest convenience items5) The locking mechanism on front door and others was extremely difficult to operate6) The elevator/dumbwaiter would have been super useful for moving luggage etc….but was locked7) The 3rd floor shower has serious mold stains of grout, 2nd floor shower had no grout and failing chalking8) There was no place to hang clothing in Master 3rd floor bedroom suite, very. Inconvenient!9) The outside grills are seriously rusted and failing10) A dish cloth and basic cleaning supplies- stove top cleaning agent etc- would have been useful11) Some of the toilet bowl scrub brushes had broken handles making the difficult if not impossible to useKitchen was well stockedWe offer these as long term owners of a short term rental in another tourist area. We would like to clarify a few items for future guests. Linens are provided based on the reserved guest capacity. If all provided linens are used during a stay, guests are responsible for laundering them as needed; we do not offer a hotel-style linen service. We are always happy to help if guests reach out during their stay with questions or concerns.
Regarding the elevator/dumbwaiter, it is for owner use only and is not included as an advertised amenity for guest use.
