We welcome you to our newly updated Bungalow, perfectly distanced from the beach! This is the ideal location for those seeking fun at the beach, boardwalk, water park, restaurants and bars with peace and quiet at the end of the day. This listing includes 4 beach passes and a parking pass! Offering one bedroom with a queen sized bed and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. We have a full kitchen that is stocked with all the essentials. A cozy coffee bar awaits those beautiful mornings where you can open the door for some fresh ocean air. Space to relax and dine inside, with smart electronics throughout . We are literally walking distance from the amusement park, water park, boardwalk, restaurants, bars and more! This is a quiet safe complex, so we ask for guests to keep a reasonable noise level at all times, please keep total amount of people during the day to 4 maximum, and be courteous towards the neighbors.

Great location

Everything was amazing. You can walk everywhere, and it has everything we needed. The hosts were very friendly, and very quick to respond to any communications. I'll definitely look to stay her again!

Great little bungalow!

The place was very clean and very comfortable. New appliances and kitchen utensils. The location is perfect. About one block from the boardwalk. I will definitely be returning for another visit.

Perfect little place

This was the easiest mini vacation! The location of the place was walking distance from restaurants, the beach and th boardwalk. It was extremely easy to access the bungalow and it was clean, and updated. If we are in this area again, we would definitely consider renting here again!

Wonderful retreat away from reality

Property was just what we were looking for a quick get away to the Jersey shore. Communication with the owner was awesome and was very accommodating. Many nice touches included including snacks and coffee was a welcomed bonus.

Cozy and Clean Beach Bungalow!

This property was outstanding! It was clean and cozy, and was close enough to be able to walk almost anywhere we wanted to go. It was the perfect place for my fiancé and I to stay for a short beach getaway. John was excellent to work with, and always got back to me in a very timely manner. He was helpful in answering any questions we had once we arrived, as well. We cannot wait to go back!!

Cutest mini apartment for 2

Easy to access. A/C in bedroom, ceiling fans in bedroom and living room, vent in bathroom, wifi, access to all streaming eg Netflix, block and half from boardwalk / rides with pier. Across from police station. Clean! Comes with towels and bedding. Snacks on the counter were a nice surprise.

Great week at the beach.

There was a small hiccup when arriving, someone else had stayed in the bungalow before us, and after it was turned over by cleaning staff. So we called the phone number provided and the cleaning staff came over within the hour to re-turn the room over for us. They were lovely and apologetic. Aside from that, the beach bungalow was perfect for our needs, A baby moon at the beach. It was very cozy. The property manager was extremely responsive for any questions that we had. We had great weather and a great time. Would love to come back in the future.

Delightful stay

We had a great long weekend at this cozy bungalow. Awesome location—walk to everything in Seaside Heights, including boardwalk, restaurants, shopping, water park, mini golf, and a 7-11 less than a minute away. Owner was responsive to our questions and checkin process was easy. The TVs are a little small making it hard for older folks to read the show/movie descriptions. Kitchen was well stocked but was missing coffee (plenty of tea and hot chocolate though). Bathroom included essentials like shampoo/conditioner and body wash. We were there during a very humid weekend and the bedroom AC cooled the whole place as long as you left the door open. Street parking. Would definitely stay again.

Disrepair and Disgust

Everything was beyond filthy, food and beverage stains all over walls, furniture and fridge. Multiple items in disrepair or just generally poor quality (hello poor sleep!). Outright lie about the “comfy queen”. Bugs everywhere—yes some comes with it being a beach property, but still, put out some ant traps. And you can’t even feel clean because of the layers of filth and mold on the shower and shower curtains and unclean towels. Couldn’t even finish our stay, we placed out after 2 nights. I don’t care if it was the end of the season, there are no excuses for the amount of money we paid.

Mr. Clean would be proud

We were the maiden-voyage for this beachside bungalow rental. We were their first renters. Mr. Clean would have been proud. The floors, the refrigerator, the linens and shower curtain were all sparkling. The owners graciously provide multi-pronged, high speed phone chargers. An Alexa-powered smart lamp, music speaker plus refrigerated water bottles, oven mitts and tooth brush holders were a nice touch. The unit is across the street from the police station so we felt safe. This is a family spot not a party spot. The queen sized sofa bed is new and as comfortable as a conventional bed. The location of this beach bungalow is so close that we comfortably walked to the beach, Boardwalk Casino Pier, Breakwater Beach Water Park, Bobber's Breakfast, and the 24-hour 7-11. There is no parking at this rental but it is in a good location. We arranged overnight parking a block away. We rode bikes to the Chop House Restaurant which is inside the Hershey Motel. There, we had award winning, pulled-pork BBQ sandwiches. That Chop House pulled-pork sandwich is legendary! The Chop House restaurant is clean and has good quality food. We also rode our bikes to the Music Man Singing Ice Cream Shoppe in nearby Lavallette. The Music Man is a guaranteed good time. If you are going to get boardwalk food, try the Birra Tacos at Taco-Tastic inside the arcade by the giant Hershey Cone. The owners were communicative. Id misplaced my bike-lock keys and they searched for them and offered to mail them to me after we had checked out. In the end, it turned out that the bike keys were in my child's pocket but it was nice that they offered.

We love small historical homes and this unique stone clad 1940's 4 unit bungalow is a wonderful example of early architecture in Seaside. We love how close to the beach it is and how walk-able the area is. Safe, quiet, yet close to all the fun, we feel that is the best of everything.
