This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom 1,313 square foot residence is the perfect place for your Cranmore vacation. The fully outfitted residence sleeps 8-10 people with 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, and a Full over Full bunk bed. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, gas fireplace, jacuzzi tub, and in-unit washer/dryer. A balcony located off of the living room and Master bedroom offers the perfect place to take in the sweeping sunset views over the Moat Mountain Range.
Other things to note
Hike the nearby White Mountains in the summer and ski the runs right outside your front door come snow season. This 3-bed, 2-bath vacation rental also offers easy access to the Attitash Resort 9 miles away and Echo Lake Park just 2.5 miles out. Between the shops of downtown and the scenery of Kancamagus Highway, this top-floor unit is ideally located for all kinds of fun!

Alpine adventures are never too far from this slopeside condo at the base of Cranmore Mountain Resort. Enjoy ski-in/ski-out access in the winter, along with hiking trails and the Aerial Adventure Park in the warmer months. For a change of scenery, Attitash Mountain Resort and Wildcat Mountain are within 20 miles or less of your vacation rental.

For even more sun-filled activities, visit Echo Lake Park, an easy 8-minute trip from the condo. Lace up your hiking boots to get out on the trails, or get out on the water with a canoe or kayak. Other must-see outdoor attractions include Mount Washington and the White Mountains, along with the scenic Kancamagus Highway, Diana’s Bath and Cathedral Ledge.

Find fun for the whole family at Story Land or Santa’s Village, or spend an afternoon browsing Settlers Green Outlet Village 3.5 miles away. Be sure to also check out downtown North Conway, home to the Conway Scenic Railroad!

Great stay at Cranmore

We had a great stay in this condo. The range was difficult to get a temperature set as the buttons weren’t working well, the freezer ice maker box was missing but it was still making ice which would hit the floor when door opened. Nothing that impacted our lovely stay and we would certainly return, just mentioning for maintenance.

No Communication whatsoever

There was no way to contact the owner to ask questions. It was IMPOSSIBLE no matter how much we looked in Verbo website. There was no WiFi even though there was a sheet which gave the network name, it did not exist. No code provided for ski lockers so we had to leave the skis in the car. Very few kitchen items, like normal glasses for drinking water, just wine glasses, teflon pans that were scratched, etc, etc. It was unlike the unit in the same building where we had stayed before. We actually had contact with the property manager or the owner but here when you clicked on it it went to a blank page.

Great stay at Cranmore

Our family of five had a great 5 night stay at Jonathan’s property. The property is clean, well equipped, has new furniture and comfortable beds. As skiers you cannot beat the ski in/out convenience. Jonathan was very prompt in his communication and a great host. We would stay again.

Convenience and Ease!

We always enjoy our stay at this condo. We typically come in the spring to enjoy Story Land and other attractions with our children. This was our first time booking the condo during the winter and enjoying Cranmore's skiing. The location can not be beat - ultimate convenience!

Fantastic Condo! 10/10 Recommend!

Our stay was amazing! Brand new condo building right on Cranmore mountain. Perfect location in North Conway. Beautiful apartment. Great benefits with the pool, hot tub, mountain, laundry, and parking to name a few. Only thing I would have liked that would have been helpful especially with young children would be extending the check in and check out times an hour to 3pm and 11am. Other than that our stay was fantastic. Will try to come back for the winter to enjoy the mountain more.

1 Keyfob, construction noise , non working technology

We were not made aware of major issues that should have been disclosed prior to booking. Noisy construction work as we had children needing naps. Only 1 keyfob provided (for 8 people) which is required for access to: the building, unit itself, private parking lot & pool. We told owner of challenge and he said “too expensive to provide more fobs” Couldn’t access unit door until it magically opened after communications with the owner. Wet towels left in dryer that belonged to the unit. “Sorry, cleaners must have not finished their work”. Found the fridge not cooling, had to read manual-it was in vacation mode (OFF). All our groceries were spoiled. Owner said it was previous renters (really doubting they would touch fridge settings) Couldn’t get the thermostat working in 2 bdrms, owner controlled temperature for us. Clearly, he had ability to access “smart” devices and adjust things remotely. NO excuse for us spending our vacation troubleshooting technology. Weare reasonable people trying to enjoy our short amount of time off. When we tried to address these issues, owner did not respond. I absolutely hate leaving negative reviews, but don’t want this to happen to other families.

4th of July stay

We had a wonderful stay in Jonathan’s home. The property was very clean and quiet. We cooked most meals there and had all we needed. The pool and hot tub was a huge hit with both the kids and adults and the AC made our stay very comfortable. As an added bonus we could even see the town fireworks from the balcony! Communication with the owner was always prompt, friendly and accurate. We would 100% recommend this property and would stay here again.
