Sleeps 28. This home is designed with a finish of luxurious industrial farmhouse. This is one of a kind in the area.

• Six bedrooms

• Four full bathrooms.

I have a big family and have designed this home so it will cater to large families/multiple families. Three TVs, two refrigerators, two family rooms, one for the adults one for the kids. You just might feel like king of the Hill when you are on the third floor deck sitting in the spa overlooking the lake and marina, I know I do. If you have atv's there is access to the mountain from the backyard. If you like boating we are 3 minutes from the marina.

Board games, video games, foosball, cornhole, BBQ, soft water, tankless on demand water heater for unlimited hot water, view of the Lake on North and South decks, seating for 28 people when dining. Table, chairs, and tent shade for the beach. Blackout shades for when you want to sleep in. Parking for multiple trucks pulling boats or trailers, sewer and power connection for RV. Garage is for private use and maintenance of the property. Currently putting a yard in for volleyball, badminton, cornhole, and leisure.

Winter conditions:
Four-wheel drive and chains is recommended in the winter. Storms come fast and are unpredictable.

Family reunion

Held a family reunion. We had a great time with all and the place was lovely. One wish was that we could have had a fire pit. It was a great place and the view was breathtaking! The kitchen had pretty much what we needed We used the laundry which was nice.

Beautiful view of the lake. The house was clean and adequate only thing lacking was a place to store clothes. As in most of the neighborhoods lawns are small. Also beware that 2 of our groups received incorrect GPS directions. Do not go by way of a dirt road!The location was central to great places in Garden City. The view from the mountaintop was fabulous!

Great winter escape!

Owner was very prompt when we had questions always a plus when you are renting a place that things are unfamiliar. Beds very comfy everything was as advertised we will visit again!

THIS IS THE BEST WEEKEND GETAWAY EVER!

This is the best place for a weekend getaway. We had our Friendsgiving at this unique, relaxing cabin recently and had a ball. Very cozy and the Hot Tub views that overlooked the Lake was absolutely stunning (especially during a full moon) The place was very clean and fully stocked. Can't wait to head back for a winter getaway soon.

Great Family Getaway

There were 20 of us ranging from 70 years old to 8 years old. Plenty of room. Beautiful View. The owner was easy to work with and on top of everything. Great location

Spacious cabin, beautiful views!

We had a sisters weekend. The cabin was spacious, had everything we needed. Large kitchen with table and snack bar seating. Four beautiful full baths. Large decks, great views. The spa was a treat. Planning next years get away!

Beautiful views

Spent my birthday weekend here with friends. Perfect getaway house. The views from the hot tub are amazing! Owner was great to work with! Lots of room to hang out and socialize with friends. Tons of parking. Lots of comfy beds. I will definitely be back!

Sisters Get Away

The cabin was large and comfortable with all the comforts of home. We enjoyed the large bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. Kitchen was abundantly stocked with all kitchen utensils needed in preparing our meals. We enjoyed the spa as we looked out over the lake. Very relaxing and peaceful. Great time to enjoy the area after high season and the weather was beautiful. Planning next years trip!

Fun family adventure

The farmhouse is quite rustic with cute mining signs. Under the stairs to the upstairs level, there is a darling play area for the toddlers, and then in the basement there is foosball and games for the older kids. The kitchen is large and has everything you need. The view is beautiful from every level. Only downside, on the main level deck where there is alot of eating area, it is covered in unfinished plywood so we had some kids with splinters in their feet.

Siblings Get Away

We had a siblings reunion here, and it was so fun! The cabin was perfect for our needs. We loved the open kitchen/living room concept. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need. The hot tub is perfect. The view is breathtaking! I would getup early every morning just to watch the sunrise. We had one small question about the place and the host responded immediately. The cabin is very clean and comfortable. The bedroom situation is perfect. The queen-size beds are comfortable and on platforms that allow you to put your luggage underneath. I highly recommend this place for any family gathering.

Much needed getaway.

Plenty of room to park, with everyone arriving at different times there wasn’t the hassle of moving cars around for people to unload. The open concept main floor was a great hangout spot for everyone and with the added deck space it was awesome. Kitchen was great, we cooked several large meals for the group with no problems. The bedrooms were all comfortable, fresh and clean. Overall it was a pleasant experience. Oh yeah and the hot tub was pretty amazing on the top deck looking out to the lake.

Family Reunion

We had a great time in this home, it was in a lovely location, great view of the lake and nicely decorated. There was plenty of room for a large group of people. We had 22 of us, some coming and going at various times. There was places for several cars to park. It appears that you are doing some landscaping so I assume you are improving . It would be nice to have a grassy area for games and activities by the house.

LOVE THIS PLACE!

I love the blend of industrial and luxury, it's unique. Everyone loved the beds. Everyone really like that this place has actual beds for everyone, 28 people! We have stayed at other places up here that use futons and sofa sleepers and those kill my back. They have made very good use of the space. It has two great rooms. It's great because the kids can go down stairs, play video games, foosball, ect. While adults can be on the main level. The hot tub is pretty cool too, up on a 3rd story deck, it has a fantastic view of the lake. The kitchen has anything you would ever need. There is enough seating for everyone in the great room. Great barbecue or with a griddle in the barbecuer. All around it was a great trip had everything we needed in the house and more. I think this is our new spot when coming to Bear Lake we're able to ride our ATV's and snowmobiles straight out the back of the property to the mountains. Jack was very responsive with any questions we had, great host. We also love that there was a tankless water heater so everyone had a hot shower, didn't have to worry about running out of hot water.

Gorgeous view with lots of room and amenities

This home was the perfect place for our family reunion. We had 14 adults and 14 kids and we fit perfectly. The 6 bedrooms all slept at least 4 people each with extra mattresses under some beds and a pack and play in one room. The large kitchen and kitchen island were great for preparing large family meals each night and there was plenty of seating including the counter, indoor dining table, and two outdoor picnic tables on the deck. The weather was beautiful so we played board games out on the deck and moved inside when the wind picked up in the evenings. The view of the sunset was truly amazing. There was a large sectional sofa that had plenty of room for the teenagers to watch movies on the huge TV in the evenings as well. The basement had a foosball table and another TV with a Wii that the younger kids enjoyed. The second fridge/freezer in the basement helped immensely! The hot tub was a nice addition as well. One note is that the listing did say that there was a communal pool down the street. We thought this meant a community pool in the subdivision, but it’s actually just the indoor city pool that anyone can pay to access. Overall it was a great location for our group and the owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful!

OMG!!! This cabin was fantastic!! It had a unique feel, rustic, was very relaxing, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and cooking utensils so we cooked and grilled all our evening meals. The location was perfect and super easy to find. Compared to other cabins we have stayed in Bear Lake the price was very fair for the quality of this cabin with its extra comforts. The Hot Tub was hands down me and my husband’s favorite way to wind down after putting the kids to bed. I should mention that we needed to make a last-minute change to the dates requiring us to cancel our reservation and rebook. After sending a frantic last-minute message on the site I received a call directly from Jack who was just the sweetest thing. We were able to get it all worked out in no time. The owner going above and beyond for us is one of the biggest reasons for giving them all 5 stars and why I feel like we will be reserving this same place early when we come back next year.
