I have a big family and have designed this home so it will cater to large families/multiple families. Three TVs, two refrigerators, two family rooms, one for the adults one for the kids. You just might feel like king of the Hill when you are on the third floor deck sitting in the spa overlooking the lake and marina, I know I do. If you have atv's there is access to the mountain from the backyard. If you like boating we are 3 minutes from the marina.

Board games, video games, foosball, cornhole, BBQ, soft water, tankless on demand water heater for unlimited hot water, view of the Lake on North and South decks, seating for 28 people when dining. Table, chairs, and tent shade for the beach. Blackout shades for when you want to sleep in. Parking for multiple trucks pulling boats or trailers, sewer and power connection for RV. Garage is for private use and maintenance of the property. Has a nice yard in for volleyball, badminton, cornhole, and leisure.

Winter conditions:
Four-wheel drive and chains is recommended in the winter. Storms come fast and are unpredictable.
