WELCOME TO SEAESTA – YOUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME IN MIRAMAR BEACH!

We’re so excited to have you! Located just a short walk to the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico, this spacious 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom beach home is perfect for family getaways or group vacations.

MAIN HOUSE – SECOND FLOOR:
• King Primary Bedroom with private balcony overlooking the pool
• Queen Bedroom
• Bunk Room (Twin Bunk AND Twin/Full Bunk)
• 2 Full Bathrooms
• Remodeled Kitchen with island
• Dining area and Living Room with sleeper sofa

SEPARATE LOCK-OUT LIVING SPACE – FIRST FLOOR:
• King Primary Bedroom with pool patio access
• Queen Bedroom
• Full Bathroom
• Living Room with sleeper sectional sofa
• Small Kitchenette with dining table and chairs
• Access via covered, exterior staircase from upstairs.

OUTDOOR OASIS:
• Oversized, private heated pool (optional pool heat additional $60/day)
• Large patio with loungers and dining area
• Gas grill
• Beach gear included: floats, beach umbrella, boogie boards, beach toys, and beach wagon. Items located in downstairs Primary closet and in storage bin by the pool

POOL SAFETY:
We provide multiple safety features to help encourage a secure environment around the pool:
• Alarm and additional manual lock on the interior door leading to the pool from the downstairs Primary Bedroom
• Additional gate off the patio
• Exterior gate to the pool area with a locking mechanism
***For your safety, all children must be accompanied by an adult at all times while in or around the pool area.***

ADDITIONAL AMENITIES:
•Sleeps up to 17 guests
• (12) Beach Blankets provided for your convenience
• A Pack and Play is located in the upstairs Bunk Room
• All linens and towels provided
• Bathrooms equipped with hair dryers and courtesy toiletries
• Driveway parking for up to 5 mid-sized vehicles (no garage access)

Our stay was just fantastic. The private pool was the biggest hit with our young kids to stay out of the heat of the day on the sand. We started and ended each day on the beach with a quick walk to the water! The spacious living space was perfect for our family as well. Location was great too! Will definitely be looking into booking again next year!

We had an awesome time here! The home was perfect for our family and it was clean and the pool was amazing, (our 4 year old grandson loved the pool). The location to the beach was perfect also. Stacy was an excellent host, very responsive to any questions and helpful.

If you’re looking for a family friendly house with a short walk to the beaches of the Emerald Coast located in the Miramar Beach/ Sandestin area, this is the spot! Easily accommodated my group of 11 with plenty of sleeping space and a Roku enabled tv in every room. The large upstairs living and dining area makes for the perfect space for serving up dinner for the whole family and/ or watching the big game. The kitchen is well equipped to handle most any big meals you’d want to cook up. The railing on the upper deck and back porches were great as we had a toddler who loves to move around. Plenty of provided outside/ beach toys. This location is also within walking distance to Dollar General and Alvin’s Island for last minute essentials, so getting out on the busy highway isn’t necessary. The private pool was very convenient with a large layout area. There is also an outdoor shower on the lower level for washing off sand from the beach. This is a lockout setup so no interior set of stairs, but makes for options if some of the group wants to get cozy and watch a movie downstairs while the others play games on the large dining table upstairs. All of the the above is topped off with a very helpful and sweet host.

The home was as advertised. Great location near shopping and a walk away from the beach. My family enjoyed the pool and the house. They had a gas and charcoal grill which was a plus. House was amazing and I would rent it again! I truly recommend it.

What a hidden gem, we absolutely loved the location and house. The walk to the beach was much shorter than it looked on the map. The downstairs bedrooms were great for our early morning people. We loved grilling in the evening and enjoying pool. The house was perfect for an extended family vacation. Very easy communication with the owner. We will definitely book again.

The house was clean and equipped. We were charged an extra cleaning fee so make sure to leave the house spotless even though you are already charged a cleaning fee.

Amazing Beach-Side Vacation

My entire family has taken many trips to the gulf over the years, and this year we decided to stay under one roof. What an amazing time we had! The property allowed ample space for sleeping and entertaining. The proximity to the beach was second to none. The property is right next to the walkway to the beach which made quick trips for food, drinks, and made restroom breaks easy with small children. The pool is also a great addition!

Nice place

The place was clean and conveniently located to the beach and other activities we had planned for during the week. We had 14 people in our group and we had plenty of room and fun. Stacy was awesome. She communicated with us and would highly recommend this VRBO if you are staying in the Miramar Beach area.

We took our adult children and grandchildren for our beach getaway. The layout was great for our family, very short walk to the beach. The pool was used so much during our stay with the littles. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Stacey was very nice and always reachable for anything . We all really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely revisit!

Perfect Trip

The whole experience was above and beyond. The property owners communication was very good. They worked with me to add an extra day on at the last minute. The house was clean and had everything we needed to accommodate our big group. Would definitely stay here again!!!

The host Stacy was absolutely amazing! I had overlooked paying extra for heating the pool before we arrived and Stacy was more than helpful to send someone out to heat it for us quickly. I would recommend staying here again for sure!!

We will definitely be back! Stacy was awesome at communicating and so flexible and accommodating! The house is in a great location with a very short walk to the beach, perfect with little kids. The house was clean and had everything that we needed including Turkish beach towels, which I ended up purchasing off of Amazon because they were so amazing! Pool was clean and a had great outdoor area for relaxing and entertaining! Beds slept good and water pressure was insane! This is definitely the house to stay in in Miramar!

Beautiful home!

The location of this house is perfect! One minute walk to the most beautiful beach and so close to all the shopping and restaurants! The pool is amazing and the house had everything we needed to get started. Stacy was so amazing to work with. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back some day! Thanks!
