The concierge or security personnel will grant you access to the building. Take the elevator up to the condo floor, then use a private code to enter the main door. Each unit also has its own unique access code for added security.

Parking:
You may park in our private underground parking; spaces are unassigned.
Street parking is also available.

Check-In/Check-Out:
Early check-in and late check-out are available upon approval.
There is a $25 charge per hour for early check-in or late check-out.

Guest & Family Policies:
Great for families and children.
Identification with photo is required for all guests.
All guests must read and agree to the House Rules and Rental Agreement.

House Rules:
No illegal drugs allowed.
Quiet hours start at 10 PM—no loud noises after this time.
No parties permitted.
Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property (smoke-free property).

Guests & Pets:
Extra guests: $10 per guest, per night.
Pets: One-time fee of $25 plus $10 per pet, per night.
Dogs are allowed, but must not be on furniture, beds, or blankets.
A $50 fine per item will be charged if pets are found on furniture.
Absolutely no cats allowed.
Max of 2 dogs per stay.

Dog owners must:
Keep dogs leashed at all times.
Clean up after pets and dispose of waste properly.
Keep dogs in the yard area only.
Ensure pets wear ID tags, rabies tags, and collars at all times.
No aggressive pets allowed.
Pet deposit is $25 (non-refundable) plus $10 per pet per day.
Pets brought without prior deposit payment will incur the pet fees plus a $100 penalty.

Booking Requirements:

Prior to booking, guests must verify identity and details through Know Your Guest.
Guests must choose between paying a refundable deposit or purchasing a non-refundable damage waiver.
Damage waiver is recommended as it covers accidental damages during the stay.
