SeaWoods VILLA. WALK to the Beach!

Only a 7-minute walk onto the beach! Welcome to SeaWoods with the old Southern Charm of mature oak trees, yet a short walk to the beach! Beautifully updated first floor, 1 story villa, sleeps 8. Two bedrooms, 2 baths Updated Villa! One King bed, two Queen beds, and an additional Queen GEL mattress in pull-out sofa in living room, full-size washer and dryer in unit, full-size kitchen with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. King bathroom has 2 sinks and a walk-in shower with handicap bars and bench in the shower. There is also a desk if you need to work from “home” and an outdoor space for enjoying the beautiful Florida weather. SeaWoods has a plethora of amenities including 3 pools (1 is HEATED), pickle ball courts, tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, fitness center (with recently updated equipment), sauna, and walking trails under a canopy of trees so there is always something to do! Enjoy all that NSB has to offer…river tours and kayaking, restaurants on Flagler and Canal, events, and of course, the beach!

The condo was the cleanest VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. Communication was very clear and quick responses from the host. Very quiet place qnd neighborhood, comfortable furniture.

The property is in a great location. It is close to restaurants, grocery stores, and very close to the beach. The owners were friendly and easy to communicate with. The condo was well equipped with anything needed, including many beach towels. It is the perfect place to stay in New Smyrna Beach.

Clean and cozy! The beds in the bedrooms were great! My only complaint would be the two family members that slept on the sofa sleeper said that it was uncomfortable. You could feel the support bar through the mattress-of course not shocking for a sofa bed, but I just thought I would say it for the review so others know. Overall, the house was fantastic. I would stay here again.

Relaxing girls beach weekend get away

Accommodations very clean and cozy. We loved the location in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the beach, pools and sauna. Personally I love how the roadways are covered in a hammock like fashion with oak trees, just beautiful! The owner was immediately responsive to replacing a non working TV and very pleasant in person. I would definitely rebook here if the opportunity arises!

Spring break

We have stayed in other Sea Woods homes so we were happy with the updates to this particular property. The patio area was not very usable at the time of our stay do to the anual cataplilar hatch, Overall we otherwise were happy with our stay.

Always Noce to stay in Sea Woods Development

This was out third time staying in different units in the Sea Woods Development. These are nice quiet units, well set up, a short walk to the beach. Lots of nice landscaping makes it seem removed form A1A. WE Liked this unit very much- well stocked , lean and comfortable.

Comfortable and Clean

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay here. The community is lovely and quiet, the trees are stunning and the unit itself is extremely clean, cozy, well-appointed and comfortable. The only suggestion I have is to perhaps provide body soap in the showers for the tenants. We were traveling from Colorado and do not usually travel with soap as it has commonly been provided by the hosts. Not a big deal, though. It is a convenient walk to the beach and an easy drive to Flagler Ave and the Smyrna Dunes Park. We didn't realize there was a parade in town for Fat Tuesday, so we were happy to not have been involved in that had we picked a place downtown. Thanks so much for providing a lovely, comfortable and clean place for your guests!

Great accommodations.

Great accommodations (clean and pleasant). Comfortable beds in both guest room and master. Across the street from the ocean in a friendly, forested community. We hope to stay here again.

Perfect Quiet Stay

My family and friends stayed during our trip to NSB for a family members wedding. JoAnn was an amazing host. We had a little hiccup the first night as we arrived later in the evening, everyone staying got there at different times so we didn’t notice until about 10pm that the heat was not working. Joann was quick to respond and do what she could to help us. By morning all was resolved. Highly recommend and this is a lovely place to stay. Very clean, the perfect amount of space, and check out was a quick tidy and out the door.

Great Condo and Location

The condo was very clean and just as presented in the listing. The owners were very responsive as well. It was an easy walk to the beach. We would be happy to stay here again.

Perfect stay!!

Adorable beach villa, spotless and beautifully appointed. The owners thought of everything, including a very thoughtful bottle of wine to welcome us on arrival! Quiet, cozy, and the perfect location: tucked away for maximum privacy but convenient to the beach and, our favorite, Flagler Avenue. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer weekend and when we return to NSB in the future, this sweet villa will be our first choice to stay. We miss her already!

This community has so many amenities included 3 pools (1 is heated), pickle ball courts, saunas, tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, relaxing walking paths under a canopy of majestic oaks! And, we are near all the events on Flagler and Canal. Love NSB!
