Amazing Sunset Veiws! 2-Same Floor Parking Spaces!

This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, with separate bunk area, condo has been designed with your comfort in mind. The unit is located on the 9th floor and has 2- dedicated 9th floor parking spaces! No fighting elevators with luggage!
This floor plan is so spacious, it includes a full dining area and large living room. Kitchen is fully equipped with all of your cooking needs. You can even wake up to beautiful views of the gulf from the master bedroom!
With parking on the same floor, you only have to use the elevators for the beach and pools!
**Balcony will be closed 10/31/25 to 3/21/26 for construction. DISCOUNTED RATES**

-$113.40 registration fee payable online prior to check in. This includes 2 parking passes and 8 wristbands. This is a 1 time fee and covers your entire stay.
-Indoor and outdoor hot tubs
-Indoor seasonally heated pool
-Fitness center
-Poolside grill, Tiki style cocktail bar
-Private beach access

This unit also has 2 of it's own same floor parking spaces, making it easy to park and begin your vacation. However parking for a 3rd vehicle will result in having to use one of the City's overflow parking lots.
Beach towels are not provided, guests must bring their own.
We provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, and toilet tissue.
**Registered guests must be over the age of 21 unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.** No smoking in the unit. No pets.

The unit is self check in with unique code issued to each guest. Dedicated, same floor parking space means no elevator needed to get to unit!

I am easily reachable through the messaging system, and usually respond within a few minutes to an hour. Once booked my phone number is available for emergency situations.

Shores of Panama is centrally located to numerous attractions, shopping, and great restaurants!

It is easy to walk to many attractions and shopping.
Beach Boys taxi service is great for not wanting to use the car!

Family vacation

Great location, amazing pool, had a few issues once we arrived. One of the couch chairs was broken, the middle bathroom toilet ran non-stop unless you turned it off and in as you used it, sink in first bedroom was keaking under causing tiwels and stuff to wet. Notified Nikki she said shed has a maintenance man come fix issues that week as we checked in on a friday and informed me dryer was broken and a new one had been ordered. Was notified the day maintenance man would come fix the issues but buly that night he had never come. I notified nikki she got with him and told me on wednesday he had a bad fall and had been in hospital and would need a few days to recover. I was frustrated that the issues were never fixed the dryer could have been delivered thursday morning but i asked nikki to reschedule that to Friday since we were leaving that morning and wpuldny have to clear out kids rooms for dryer removal and istallation. Let her know i was upset about the issues and experience so far she did offer a discount or gift card since issues were never fixed. Pest control showed up thursday morning beating on the door, was not informed theyd be coming by or i needed to let these men in to spray so was frustrated about that as well. I do feel if the issues hadnt been a problem or had been fixed and i was notified about needing to let people in and to expect them my experience would have been much better. The location and pool and distance to beach are amazing.

Perfect Oasis for Beach Getaway

Great location right in the beach. Easy access to the beauty of Panama City. Great environment that comfortably sleeps 6. Close access to local bars and restaurants. Overall, highly recommend as a place to stay!

This property has a good location right on beautiful beaches. The pools and hot tubs were great. The condo was nice, a good fit for our family of 6.

Amazing

Perfect place for spring break. Right next to everything, within walking distance of everything. Our view was beyond amazing for sunset dinners. The pictures do not do the place justice. We will be booking soon for next year.

Really nice property, the value is there for sure being right on the beach and close to the bars. Weather was unfortunately not on our side but that had nothing to do with the property.

Great condo and beautiful views. The beds were so comfortable and there was tons of extra amenities like blow dryers. Definitely would come again but maybe when it’s warmer

Great location. Quiet and very nice pool area especially hot tub for the cool evening. Appreciated the two hour early check in. Would gladly stay again. Loved the view and the three comfortable beds.

Marvelous place!

We had an amazing week. The condo was just how it was listed. The convenience of the two parking places on the same floor and easy access to restaurants, grocery store and entertainment. Had to wait for the elevator a couple of times but that is anywhere you go. Beach, pool, hottub, and cocktail bar was very accessible. The communication with the owner/manager was absolutely amazing, she went above and very easy to contact. It was an emotional week for me personally and to have everything as perfect as it was made it much easier. I will definitely be back and would recommend to my family and friends!!

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed our stay and the condo was as advertised— plenty of room and excellent location— Niki was very quick to respond and check in was very smooth ! Our grands loved the huge pool and the beach was very easy to get to from our condo

Great stay!

One of the bigger condos we’ve stayed at this location. It was well equipped and the manager went above and beyond to accommodate us! There were a couple of minor things missed on the cleaning, but nothing making our stay unsatisfactory.
