Shores of Panama Construction Notice: Shores of Panama is undergoing a complete exterior stucco renovation beginning October 20, 2025 & ending by March 24, 2026. You will see construction equipment/personnel & some areas may be closed due to construction. To account for the inconvenience of any noise you may experience during the day due to this construction, we have discounted our rates. We thank you for your cooperation as Shores of Panama undergoes these improvements!
Condo 907 is located on the 9th floor at Shores of Panama Resort, with a reserved parking spot located on the 9th floor. The age requirement to rent this condo is 21. There is a $90 one-time/per group/per reservation RESORT FEE for garage parking passes and beach/pool access armbands. **Note: There is no access for vehicles considered "oversized". The maximum height is 6 feet, 11 inches. Vehicles cannot exceed the normal length of 18 feet including hitches or any other attachments and a width of 8 feet, 6 inches.

"The Turtle Nest" Condo 907 is a 2 bedroom + bunk / 3 bath condo in the Shores of Panama Resort, professionally managed by Azure-Properties. The Master bedroom has a king bed and an en-suite full bath. The Guestroom has a queen bed and en-suite full bath that contains a full size washer & dryer for guest to use. The Bunkroom is perfect for the kids with a twin/twin bunkbed & en-suite full bath. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa which allows The Turtle Nest to comfortably sleep 8!
Walking in you'll instantly notice the floor to ceiling windows in the open concept living area, which allows you to enjoy the gorgeous views from every angle. The fully stocked kitchen with breakfast bar has everything you'll need to cook breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Comfortable furniture in the living room, a large TV, and board games are perfect for an evening in after a fun day on the beach.
Enjoy a refreshing plunge in the resort-style pool or unwind in the hot tubs. Hungry & don't want to go back up to the condo? We've got you covered! There is a Poolside tiki hut that serves delicious American style food and a full service Tiki Bar that serves amazing drinks. You can also walk next door to the famous Pineapple Willy's for food/drinks..
Other onsite amenities include: Indoor heated pool with hot tub, fitness center, meeting & event facilities, donut/coffee shop, pizza tiki hut, and 24 hour security.
It's also an easy walk to Wal-Mart, just a couple of blocks away. Park the car and forget it, cause you probably won't need to use it much - if at all. Same-level parking. We use Gulf Coast Laundry Service to provide you with 100% Sanitized Linens and Towels!

2 )Are beach chairs provided? Beach Towels? Yes. Beach chairs and beach towels are provided inside the condo for guests to use. The resort also has a "Take a toy, Leave a toy" bin by the poolside beach access gate.

Great property and location
The condo was wonderful and the owners were very responsive and helpful during our entire stay. We came the first week of April without realizing there were so many spring breakers still in town. However, even with all the college kids, we never had an issue with noise. Very convenient location to restaurants. We would def stay here again!

Very relaxing and perfect views
We were in town for a couple days while my daughter had a gymnastics meet. This place has great beach access and the pool was great. The condo came with everything you need to stay a couple days. The host was easy to get ahold of and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect.we will definitely be coming back to stay with them again.we even had family come to watch and had trouble with their rooms and the hosts went out of her way to contact other owners in the building to find a place for them to stay.

The condo was nice. The shower in the main bedroom drained very slowly. The condo wouldn’t stay a steady temperature. Would get hot at night. The pool was murky. I felt like I was on a Carnival cruise land docked. The parking garage was a nightmare.

Hi Brandi, Thank you for sharing such detailed feedback. I’m glad you enjoyed the condo overall and appreciate you letting us know where things fell short.
• Shower drain: Our maintenance team has since cleared the line, and it’s draining normally again.
• A/C temperature swings: A new central unit had just been installed, but a secondary circulation pump failed and caused uneven cooling. We replaced that pump the day we identified the issue, so the condo now holds a steady temperature overnight.
• Pool clarity: The resort’s main sand filter broke during your stay. A replacement was ordered immediately, and while it was in transit, outside pool care specialists kept the water fully sanitized and safe to swim in using temporary products that, unfortunately, reduced clarity. The new filter is installed, and the pool has returned to its usual crystal clear state.
• Parking garage & elevator congestion: During high season—especially in June and July—the resort’s elevators and parking garage are bustling with vacationers, and wait times can be longer than usual. We’ve shared your comments with resort management, who continue to explore traffic flow improvements.

The condo was lovely and very clean.
we had a great time and I would have left 5 stars but the sofa and chair in living room were so uncomfortable and hard to get in and out of, So was the King bed. It’s time for new furniture.
Also the bunk room had no true privacy as the ‘door’ was sliding panels like blinds. It’s an easy fix to install a true sliding solid barn door.
The elevators were slow and the parking garage was a nightmare to navigate with the turns coming and going each time. And the spaces were to tight our car got dinged several times.
This is a large multi unit condo building and it was very crowded. Not enough chairs at the pool. And with so many people both the beach and pool were always crowded. The doughnut/ coffee shop was nice and the bar/ grill had great food.
All in all it’s not a bad place to stay just not comfortable for us and over crowded.
