Very clean and well kept by the owner. Spectacular views of Sandy Beach and Sea of Cortez. Located in the heart of Sandy Beach within walking distance to bars, restaurants, and activities! TV has Directv with NFL ticket!

3 swimming pools, onsite restaurant, 24/7 security, beach palapas, swim up bar, gym, onsite convenience store, jacuzzies, outdoor pool showers and more!

1 bedroom, 1 bath suite on the 5th floor of the Sonoran Sea Resort that sleeps up to 4 adults (or up to 5 with a baby, but note that the resort will only issue up to 4 wristbands for pool access).

Perfect Stay

We had such a great time at this property. They had everything we needed and wanted. Highlights were the view from the deck, the wagon to unload the car, the roll away twin mattress (frees up the couch from having to use the pullout for an extra guest) and the beach chairs. Communication with the owner was easy and so was check in. Location was great. Quite a few yummy restaurants within walking distance. Would not hesitate to recommend this property to others.

Great stay!

Really cute unit! I was pleasantly surprised. Most units now are outdated but not this one. It was very comfortable and modern. Fit perfectly for us. We will definitely be back.

Condo was well stocked with items like hairdryers comfy nice smelling furniture and particularly liked shampoo- conditioner-body wash dispenser in shower. The pics of the unit are accurate and liked the beach decor- Abe provided great information- will stay again

Nice corner condo, gorgeous view!

Love that this was on the corner, makes it more open/more light. 5th floor, beautiful view. Owner has all the fun things avail in unit (even though we hardly used any of it): cart for taking things down to beach, beach toys maybe even an umbrella (again, didn't use but saw something like one in the closet), etc. WiFi works great!

Overall the condo was nice but the A/C was a bit noisy which made it a bit difficult to sleep. The front door could also use a bit of oil. It took a while to figure out the TV system (probably not an issue with younger folks). The property was undergoing a few renovations but was still nice. We were there during the week so it was definitely not crowded. The property manager was very helpful in providing pre-arrival information and tips.

Just Left…Ready to Return

My daughter and I spent a long weekend here…and it was lovely!! Gorgeous view of the ocean and pools from the center of the resort. This condo is on the end of a building so it has an extra side balcony. It’s small but it creates so much more light and space in the condo. The condo itself is very nicely decorated and had everything we needed and more. The cooler to take down to the pool was so appreciated as I forgot to bring my own. The pool towels were so soft. There are a variety of restaurants within walking distance and a little market on grounds with some great coffee and variety of other items you may need or have forgotten to pack. The property manager was AWESOME!! He was so responsive and helpful with any questions I had. Will definitely look to book this condo again. Thank you so much!!

Great Location and nice place

Thank you to the host. The value is there with this property. We'd stay again. Pros- Location is safe and close to everything you need or want to do, great restaurants nearby, the resort is kept in nice and clean, staff are super friendly, the unit has everything you need to get started with your stay, the beach is nice and clean and once you hit the supermarket you don't need to go anywhere else. Cons- Only hot tubs were heated (thought pools were advertised as well), The AC thermostat is not user friendly, missing items from unit (batteries from remotes, dvds from cases, beach cart and who knows what else. I understand people walk off with stuff and it doesn't get reported. I've run AB&Bs before). Overall - We'd stay again due to the price and location. I wish we could fly down there to avoid the awkward drive in and out. I'm paranoid, but that's me.

Excellent spot, great views!

The condo was comfy and easy to use. Everything we needed was provided. Excellent views, well maintained furniture and items. The point of contact, Abe, was very helpful and the check in process was easy. Make sure to have $10 cash when you check into the lobby for wristbands. Very small items were the freezer smelled like fish and the handle for the tub was difficult to use. Also one of the laundry door handles was broken and the lights in the master bedroom were very dim. All very minor issues. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this resort! Beautiful pools, easy access to the beach, delicious restaurant right downstairs.
