Cute and beautifully decorated and clean home located close to major street and downtown Dayton, UD arena, Oregon district with easy access to suburbs as well. Beautifully renovated, maintains some old charm, incredible kitchen. Please note that this is a 2 storey home with an accessible attic and basement that are available. The first floor has the living room and full size kitchen, a coats closet. The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. The attic has an office space, a playroom and available inflatable mattresses if needed. The attic has another bedroom (no egress window) with a full bathroom with shower.

Lots of room for parking off the street, nice cozy little place which all we got to do was sleep there, being in for Cedarville’s graduation. I would stay there again if we ever had the need to stay in Dayton.

This place fit our needs perfectly, no one had to sleep on a couch or sofa bed - which can be hard to find, especially at this pricepoint, when you're looking for space for 7 people. The place was clean and the host was responsive and very nice. I would rent this place again if staying in Dayton.

We let the host know the place was not entirely clean upon arrival (toilet backs and the floors in particular). They let us know what we experienced was not their standard, so we hope the place has been/will be cleaner for others. The basement accommodations are less finished than the photos portray, but space wise the house was a great fit for a larger party traveling together.

Enjoyable stay with family to visit the Airforce museum and get away for a couple days. The property was large enough for 6 adults, 2 children and was well maintained. The kids loft was a nice touch for the littles.

We booked this 4-bedroom property for our family of 8, including an infant in a crib.The biggest issue was the host, not the property.An owl was living in the exterior wall of the same bedroom where the host had placed a crib. From inside the room we could hear persistent scratching and clawing at the interior wall throughout both nights and days. When we first reported it, the host's initial response was that we could check out. We hadn't asked for a refund; we asked for the wildlife to be removed.Two removal attempts were arranged. Neither held. Our infant was woken multiple times, she could not take her naps. The scratching and clawing was still active when we checked out.Host behavior future guests should know:- 4-hour and 6 hour silences during the active issue, including after we sent video of the noise- No notice on day two that personnel were being sent; we had multiple workers arrive mid-day without any notice or communication from the host- Attic offered as alternative described as having "a bed and other sleeper options"; it only has a full that doesn't sleep two adultsMessaging turned personal, including comments directed at my wife ("difficult guests like your wife")Also noticed: heavily dust-caked bathroom vent, drip stains on the bathroom wall, unfinished ceiling paint.The wildlife issue was not resolved by checkout. Families with infants or anyone needing reliable host communication should weigh this carefully.

Learning experience that whatever does not break you, makes you better. People travel around with different burdens and when you welcome a guest into your home, some things may begin to unfold. Wonderful place

Exactly as advertised, beautiful house and perfectly maintained. We were there with my oldest son and my parents for my youngest son’s graduation, and even my mother, who is incredibly finicky, raved about the place.

Nice place to gather with friends and family

We really enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of space for our local family members to join us over the Thanksgiving holiday. My 11yr old really enjoyed the privacy of the basement bedroom. Overall, everyone was comfortable and had room to spread out.Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Your family and friends will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Beautifully designed home, close to downtown Dayton, University of Dayton, Oregon district, easy access to the suburbs and all that Dayton has to offer.
Neighborhood is safe. There is a lot of private parking spaces in the premises.
This house has four fully furnished bedrooms, two full bathrooms, very spacious updated kitchen, a work space in the attic which also has a nice view and an area to relax, more bed spaces available.
This is a recently renovated historic home. We put in a tremendous amount of energy and love to make this home lovely and beautiful to share with all our guests and to make them feel like they are home. The living room with a 77 inch LED TV, a spacious modern kitchen with all new appliances, a kitchen island and a dining space, four furnished bedrooms, with king size beds, queen and double beds, extra bed, two full bathrooms, a dedicated work space in the attic that is furnished, washer and dryer, ironing area and of course some books for kids and board games.
Most guests enjoy its cleanliness, quiet and cozy nature, with several amenities.
