The house provided everything for a comfortable weekend visiting our college freshman. The kitchen was well stocked to reheat and serve our family meals. Bedroom and living room furniture was comfortable. The basement games and washer/dryer were a nice bonus. The owner was kind and accommodating.

Great Stay!

This home was better than expected. Quiet neighborhood, easy to find and get to. It was very well appointed with lots of extra amenities, and off-street parking. Close to the Air Force Museum and lots of great restaurant choices. We'll be booking this place again!

Overall - very pleased

There were some things that were out of the owners control; we had a power loss due to a storm and a leaking refrigerator. They were very responsive to both issues. Overall I was very pleased with our stay.

Great place!

Loved it! The house was great and my adult boys(early 20's) loved the games jn the basement. Super close to everything we were doing. I communicated with the host a couple of tomes and they were super quick to respond. It was a great stay and would stay there agin.

Great home in quiet neighborhood. We were in town for a competition and this was perfect. It had everything needed for our stay. Not a ton of options close for food etc - but only a few mn away. Clean and newly updated kitchen and bath.

Awesome Place!

This home was one of the best properties we have ever stayed in. It was very clean, had a lot of comfortable seating, comfortable beds, and well stocked kitchen. The amenities were fabulous - soft towels, stocked soap, coffee, and a lot of little touches that were so nice. Our kids enjoyed the fun games in the basement. It was easy to find and close to restaurants and stores (including a brand new Kroger). Plus it’s a short drive to Glen Helen and Yellow Springs (places my family loves) and walking distance to the Hasty Tasty - a great breakfast place. The host was easy to get in touch with and friendly. I highly recommend staying here! We can’t wait to stay again.

Pretty home in Dayton burbs

Super clean, well appointed (even some snacks), very responsive host. This place looks like it is newly renovated and has been decorated very elegantly and comfortable; basement has 3 different games: fussball, air hockey and ping pong... Came in for our son's gradupation from university of Dayton. 10 minute drive... We: mom, dad, grandma and grandpa really enjoyed the home and son joined us for last night... Having one bathroom for 3 bedrooms requires communication and a little planning... lots of towels provided (could use some hooks for drying of towels, although we did manage...) All in all, I highly recommend this home and host. Definitely would stay there again and hope to have the opportunity to do so.
