Welcome to Lakeview Oasis! This cottage has 55 feet of lakefront, A-frame windows and a wrap around patio deck; providing a spectacular view of Conesus Lake! This home can accommodate up to 12 between the two private bedrooms on main floor, sleeper sofas and a spacious loft! With a beautiful walk out patio and large fenced in yard this is the perfect vacation spot for kids and pets! 24 ft pontoon boat rental option available during your stay! Experience the Finger Lakes at Lakeview Oasis!

Please know the boat at the dock is for rent to anyone so you may have boat renters coming onto property to take boat
This is for use of kayaks or canoes and other uses of the property

I, the undersigned, agree to indemnify and hold harmless Property owner and manager and its affiliates, agents, employees, and authorized third parties, from and against any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities, including attorney`s fees, arising out of or related to my participation in during use of booked property.
This indemnification obligation will survive the termination or expiration of this waiver or my participation in the described activities.

We had a wonderful stay! We didn’t want to leave our dog behind and was happy to find a place that would accommodate her. The owner was so easy to communicate with and had great connections to a boat company. We would easily stay there again!

We had the most fantastic stay at the Conesus Lake Oasis, it truly is an oasis! The property is clean and well stocked, the beds are comfy, the couches are SO comfy! We enjoyed a fire in the outdoor fire pit next to the lake. My kids enjoyed taking “cold plunges” in the lake every morning. (In October. They’re crazy) There are fantastic breweries and wineries nearby, we especially enjoyed Deer’s Run and Mortalis! Pizza Pauls is delicious! We are hoping to return in the summer so we can rent a pontoon, and explore Lake Conesus.

A family filled week

Perfect getaway house

We were so happy with this lakefront home on beautiful Lake Conesus! Excellent location, quiet neighborhood, close drive to do cider and brew tastings. We enjoyed the use of the kayaks and the fire pit by the lake was a perfect way to end the night.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

Our daughter is studying at Geneseo and this was the perfect getaway to visit her and relax with the family. The house was extremely clean, the kitchen had all the items we needed to cook a holiday dinner, the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for a family of 6 and a dog! The kids loved the loft and said it was amazing to wake up and see the lake first thing in the morning! We will definitely book again the next time we are in the area!

Lake House Week

Great house. Plenty of sleeping room for adults & kids. Mind you, guests sleeping in the loft area said it got very hot at night. Dock area was perfect for both our pontoon boat and floaty devices for the kids to play on. We cruised, tubed, kayaked, swam, had bonfires and s'mores. Fun week for all.

Family Time

We enjoyed our “Lake Time” with family from out of town. Shaun was a wonderful host. He responded to all our questions in a very timely manner. The kids had a blast playing games, fishing, and swimming. Thank you for a week full of memories!

Great vibes!

This is a great property with a cool vibe! Many unique spaces to enjoy the lake. Flexible layout in the home. Very clean and well equipped. Only 15 minutes to SUNY Geneseo with lots of cool restaurants nearby. Property owners seem organized, friendly, and welcoming. I would recommend this property! We enjoyed graduation weekend here and would recommend you book this property early as it is perfect!

Very nice cottage on the lake

The cottage was clean and spacious with a great loft. There was a nice game room in the basement with a door leading to the back yard. The back yard was large and went right down to the water’s edge. Plenty of room to sit outside and have a nice fire. Great views of the sun set over the lake. The owner reached out to us with the check in info. We had no issues with our stay. I would recommend staying here and we would consider coming back again.

Gorgeous!

This cottage is absolutely beautiful and being right on the water was the icing on top of the cake! The views, from every level of the cottage, were incredible and we were treated to the most amazing sunsets every evening! We really enjoyed relaxing on the dock, kayaking and swimming in the lake. The cottage had everything we needed, even down to the smallest kitchen utensil. Owner and property manager were quick to respond to any questions. We can't say enough about their kindness. Lake House Holiday

This is a wonderful property, and we have enjoyed a week there both this year and last. It is well appointed for our needs: lots of sleeping areas, outside eating and play areas and of course a fenced in yard for our puppy. The dock easily housed our pontoon boat with the water level was deep enough for us to not worry about docking and at the same time shallow enough for the kids to play in and touch the bottom. There was definitely lots of weedlike algae growing at the shore line, but that did not interfere with us getting our kayaks in and out. The property manager, Will, cut the grass on our request and also refilled the doggie poop bags. Check in and out was seamless. A few suggestions I'd like to see for next year: 1. A full set of silverware in the kitchen; there has been only 3 adult forks and 1 teaspoon. I hate to use disposables. 2. A functioning vacuum cleaner or at least a good brooms on each floor level - there was only one broom in the whole house. 3. Headboards on the beds in the first floor bedrooms would be much appreciated. Both beds are up against windows and one cannot sit up to read. 4. Probably most important - put more protection on the corners of the spiral staircase in the kitchen area. Every year someone gets hurt. It was me last year and my husband this year. If it had been one of our guests, it might have been a bigger problem. Overall though, my family. friends and I can highly recommend this property for a family vacation.
