Regarding the air conditioning, we completely understand how frustrating that was. As soon as you notified us, we dispatched our maintenance team followed by a licensed HVAC technician. Unfortunately, the diagnosis required a replacement part that had to be specially ordered, and despite our best efforts, it could not be installed before your departure. We sincerely apologize for that inconvenience. The cleanliness concern you mentioned, particularly regarding the kitchen drawers, was very surprising to us. We have not received similar reports from previous guests, and with the many positive reviews we’ve been fortunate to receive, this appears to have been an isolated incident. Nevertheless, we took your comments seriously and immediately performed a thorough inspection and additional preventative treatment to ensure the home continues to meet our standards. Regarding the trash, our cleaning team normally removes all garbage immediately after each guest checks out, and we regret any confusion about the temporary disposal instructions during your stay. We also appreciate your suggestion about providing a more detailed welcome guide. We have since expanded our guest information to include house instructions, trash disposal, TV and streaming information, and other helpful details. As for the flowers, we do our best to keep the property well maintained throughout the season. During the summer months, the hanging baskets and planters can require daily watering, and while many guests kindly water them during longer stays, we understand they did not look their best during your visit and have addressed that as well. We appreciate both your recognition of our responsiveness and your constructive feedback.
