This building is still undergoing some construction, there will be noise and dust/debris - especially during the day on weekdays. This is, unfortunately, out of our control. Rates have been updated to reflect the inconvenience.

Pool and beach access will not be available until further notice due to damage from Hurricane Milton.

Currently one garage spot is available per unit with no additional onsite parking.

Updated with TVs in the bedrooms and living room, wifi, and full stocked kitchen. Building has heated pool and oceanfront deck, fitness center, and reserved garage space. Walking distance from Publix.

Great unit for that holiday getaway or special event. Family trip or business excursion this is the unit for your trip to Daytona. View pictures for sleeping arrangements (sofa does not pull out in living room, but is long enough for two people to share sleeping end to end).

Had the best time staying here! The place was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. the whole area felt really chill and quiet, which we loved. The host was easy to reach and made the whole process simple. Would 100% stay here again and totally recommend it if you’re looking for a nice beach getaway.

Perfect

This was perfect for what we needed. We needed a place close to the Speedway so we could go to a festival there. Right on the beach, lots within walking distance, every thing else was just a short drive. The property was exactly as described and clean. The property was incredibly quiet and hardly anyone was on the beach. Great experience all around.

Condo Living

Overall great place. Little snafu about the parking but the awesome lady in the front office worked out a miracle for us. (Sorry I don't remember her name) Having the balconies closed for construction was a bummer but we were told that at the time that I booked it. Awesome place to stay though. Everyone we met were amazingly nice and traveling with a handicap person that means alot. Beautiful views of the ocean and we parked on the beach right in front of the condo.

Great ocean view with a maritime touch

First of all I have to say we’ve enjoyed our stay in the apartment even according to the circumstances. The apartment is just large enough for a family of 4, is very tasteful furnished giving you kind of a maritime environment, has a wonderful location right at the shoreline with an unobstructed gorgeous view over the Atlantic which you can enjoy either from the huge balcony or even from inside. The wall mirrors give it a more spacious feeling and actually enhance your stay in that way. It offers actually everything you need for a stay up to a few weeks and is located in the center of the Daytona Beach Peninsula with a lot of shops and the Publix supermarket even in walking distance. The host David is a good communicator, who answers almost instantly and the checkin and checkout procedure is quite easy. Unfortunately at the moment the entire building is under renovation which not only gives you some noise level from time to time, you have to bear also with the frequent dust and your eyes might be disturbed by all the cables hanging down from the adjacent balconies. To cut a long story short - you are literally living on a construction side and we felt under these circumstances the rental fee should have been reduced even more. We would also suggest to add a few more towels to the apartment, do the cleaning right before the rental and maybe to update the furniture on the balcony (1 of the 4 chairs was even broken). This apartment is highly recommended after the renovation!

Great Vacation

This condo was perfect for my husband and I's get away vacation. There was some construction going on but did not interrupt our stay.This property had a wonderful view from the balcony! The pool and hot tub was great as well as going down to the beach. Our place had beach chairs to use during our stay. Such a nice area to stay at. We would stay here again!

The property is STILL being repaired from last years hurricane. The unit not been cleaned well.

The fridge had food debris and hair inside. The sliding doors had children’s finger and hand prints on it. The bth towels were in the dryer and only 3 towels and 3 washcloths. The shower and bath were slick. Not good for older people.

Nice Condo

Enjoyed our time at the condo. Condo was clean and was exactly what we needed. No direct beach access, due to repairs from the recent hurricane. Understand that repairs need to be made, however it was a surprise now know that ahead of time. Property manager was unfriendly.

Daytona Vacation

The condo was great and we had an amazing stay while down in Daytona. It was right around the corner from the beach ramp and not far from the boardwalk if you wanted to check out the shops and rides. Also you really can’t beat the view from the deck! Check in was easy and great communication from start to finish.

Noisy

We were not told there would be construction in the condo next to us. We heard hammering and sawing all day for two days. Also the resort next to us was putting in a new sea wall and the noise was deafening. It would have been very nice to have been told before booking.

Perfect Spot

Good Location, unit was repaired after Hurricane Damage. Everything was in working order. David was great on replies. Unit was clean everything was in working order. Unit had extra supplies to restock - which is perfect when you are flying in. Plan on rebooking next year!
