The 130 square meter house is furnished to a high standard and has a hallway, guest toilet, a laundry room with washing machine, dryer and a spacious area with living room, dining room and kitchen on the ground floor. The underfloor heating throughout the house ensures that you don't get cold feet even in winter. A 55-inch flat screen LCD, a dining table for 6 people (extendable to 8 people) and a fully equipped kitchenette leave nothing to be desired. Our holiday home in Kalkar on the Lower Rhine is located in the district of Hönnepel, just a few 100 meters from the Rhine. It offers space for 6 people (plus 2 small children in a travel cot) and due to its location in a cul-de-sac a lot of peace and quiet for relaxation. A large secluded garden is surrounded by a high lobster hedge and is accessible through lockable gates. Ideal for families with small children. There are 2 deck chairs made of aluminum, a large beach chair, a large outdoor table with chairs, a small sandpit, a parasol, a grill with a fire starter, a fireplace, etc. available.
There is parking space for two cars on the property.

Whether alone, as a couple or as a family, with us you can let your soul dangle far away to relax and gather new impressions and experiences.

Please note that our well-kept house is a NON-SMOKING HOUSE. Unfortunately pets are not allowed.

With a high chair, cot, stair gate, etc., we are also prepared for younger vacationers.



Corona - hints

When cleaning and maintaining the holiday home, we comply with the legal requirements, in particular the guidelines of the German Tourism Association. Examples include:

- Contactless key handover using a key safe
- Cleaning and disinfecting handles, handrails, handles and remote controls
- Disinfectant spray, liquid soap and kitchen towels are kept in the house
- Guest folder with wipeable foil (including information about doctors)
- Washing machine and dishwasher (please use 60 degree program)
- Wool blankets and sofa cushions have been removed

The nearby core water wonderland is just a few minutes' walk away, as is the Rhine. The Wisseler See with the Wisseler dunes as well as the Rhine promenades z. B. in Rees and Emmerich. The Dutch border is also within easy reach at around 15 minutes by car.

Our holiday home is the starting point for our guests for hikes and exploring the surrounding area, but also for bike tours on the two-country route of the Euregio Rhine-Maas or the manor route on the Maas and Niers.
