The views from the apartment and the sounds of the ocean are stellar. The communication with the property manager is pretty much the best I have ever had.

Amazing Sunrise's! True Paradise

From the moment we arrived we were in love. Managment greeted us, check in went super smooth! Accommodations were spacious and clean. Washer/dryer in unit! A big plus!! Walk up-Unit on the second floor with a balcony facing the ocean. The views and sounds of the ocean were simply amazing. Sunrise's was spectacular! Dog Friendly as well. Parking on lot. Gated community. Evy & Angel were great. we had an issue with the door lock, and they fixed right away! We just felt at home! thank you so much. We will be back. property is close to everything.....Gracias :) Asta pronto

Comfort, quiet and beauty

Beautiful sights and sounds of the waves from the balcony. Quiet neighborhood. Great location for our exploring of Luquillo, Fajardo, Rio Grand, Naguabo, and El Yunque. Easy to jump on Route 3 to get to those places as well as grocery and other stores. Enjoyed the use of beach chairs. Very clean and comfortable, with coffee maker and other kitchen gear. Excellent communication with hosts. Perfect place to start our day with coffee and breakfast and end the day with quiet relaxation on the balcony.

Great find & location

Perfect location with ~3-4 block length walking distance to kiosks and 1 block walk to beach during November / high tide season. Loved the booming sounds of the waves crashing to go to sleep to and the place was spotless and very comfortable with great attention to detail and beach chairs available which made our stay extremely comfortable and our ability to just walk in and enjoy ourselves effortlessly. We had a little trouble with our code at the onset but the owners took our call & remedied the situation immediately and were very helpful with recommendations throughout our stay — thank you! It was everything we had hoped for! Food recs: Try Churrasco (steak) mofongo with garlic sauce and the flan at Terruno #20 and the ceviche and lobster with grouper/shrimp at La Parilla! They were to die for!

Perfect location, perfect apartment

We were looking for something close to the ocean that we could make multiple excursions from during our week-long vacation. The pictures exactly show what it is like, but they do not capture the sound of the waves through the apartment or the refreshing breeze. We did not use the AC over our entire stay given the perfect weather and enjoyed having the large glass doors open at most times. For those wondering about the neighborhood, it is charming, safe, and walkable. We walked to the Fortuna beach and the Luquillo kiosks. The Balneario la Monserrate (2 minutes driving) is highly underrated - it is a wonderful public beach with white sand and clear water. Check-in and check-out were very easy and we had no issues over our stay. Aida and Mirnalis texted us throughout the trip, but no assistance was required. We rate this location five stars in every category.

Perfect Location

The location of the property was just what we wanted, close to several beaches and the kiosks. Our property manager Mirnalis was great, she met us at the condo and showed us around. I was happy she did, getting into the property can be a bit confusing at 1st, by the 2nd day we were old pros. She was so sweet we told her we were celebrating my granddaughters birthday and she returned with cupcakes :) Mirnalis left us her direct # so if we needed anything she was very quick to respond. The kiosks are within walking distance of the condo, the area is very safe. We enjoyed the variety of food options from street food to dinner at La Parrilla their fish is amazing. The kids found a new love, shrimp empanada's. Luquillo is a great jumping off location close to several activities on the eastern side of the island. We took a tour to Vieques Island snorkeled with sea turtles, kayaked Bio Bay luminescent adventure, strongly recommend doing the 8pm tour. Couldn't get access into El Yunque so we found Las Paylas water slide, pay a local $5 to park $1 per person, great fresh water activity. Drove into Old San Juan and spent the day enjoying the beautiful city and El Morro. Will definitely be returning to PR so much more to see and do. Staying at Jaxtyn's Beach House will for sure be on our list.

Peaceful Paradise Found

Choosing to stay and enjoy Luquillo is more than just quick access to the Yunque Rainforest. The town serves as the gateway to nature, neighborhoods, and culture. Tranquill waves, nice shops, familiar retail chains, delicious food, and cool vibes are all within close proximity. This unit is well placed on the shore, and yes regardless of what your chosen mapping program might give as an address, the ocean is your unobstructed neighbor to the north. Complete with unhindered views of the sunrise as well as the sunset. The unit is very clean, well equipped, and well appointed. The bedrooms are cool, dark, and quiet allowing for a restful sleep. The kitchen, though compact, is sufficient to prepare and serve your love ones. Mechanically, everything works as it should. Meaning my group did not experience any hardware challenges with fixtures, switches, and the like. Our group did not experience any power outages, brown outs, or any spotty internet service. Cell service was not an issue either. Parking is gated and secure. The neighborhood was quiet at night during our stay. The Host was available, accommodating, friendly, and more than helpful. I would stay here again with my young family. This place is as advertised. Follow the roadway west about a quarter mile to the dead end, once there follow the sandy path to your right and just beyond the fork in the path you find large beautiful beach. Complete with cocktails and refreshments for sale. Clear, shallow water.

Relaxing view and peaceful sounds of the waves just takes your breath away… Located on the 2nd Floor with one of the most amazing views!! With fast and easy access to the beach directly through the back weather permitting. When tides are high you get the feeling of being on a cruise ship while still having easy beach access only a few feet away!
