Great location. Host was communicative if anything was needed. Very clean and welcoming. The beach that you can access is really nice, too. Definitely worth the visit!

It had a beautiful view of the rainforest and ocean! However, one of the beds was broke and duck taped. It also could have been cleaner inside. It is a great location and everyone was very kind in the building.

We are happy you enjoyed the view and location. None of the bed is broken. We found bed slats misplaced after Heather stay and now they sre back in placed.

This place was beautiful and perfect for our trip. We had everything we needed and the beach chairs were a bonus when we walked down to the beach to enjoy the sun and water. The location was great as well. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved it. Great views close to everything. Super easy to check in and out. Building is secured with lobby security and gated property. Both guards were super nice!! Will definitely use again when we come back.

Amazing views & beach!

The property has everything needed for a great time at the beach - 2 coolers, umbrella, boogie boards, snorkeling equipment - for both adults and kids. The pictures are actually what we saw! We came to celebrate our wedding anniversary and this was perfect!

The property itself is genuinely lovely — comfortable, clean, and exactly as pictured. The views are stunning, the layout is relaxing, and it’s easy to settle in and enjoy the space. If this review were based solely on the home, it would be an easy five stars.But the noise.The road noise on weekends is unavoidable, unrelenting, and completely incompatible with the peaceful experience the listing implies. We’re talking motorcycles, revving engines, and traffic that spikes so aggressively you can feel it in your teeth. It’s not a minor inconvenience or something you can “tune out.” It dominates the environment and makes it nearly impossible to relax, sleep, or enjoy the outdoor areas during peak times.What makes it worse is that this issue is not meaningfully acknowledged in the listing. Guests deserve transparency about something this disruptive. It’s not a small detail — it fundamentally changes the experience of staying here, especially if you’re expecting tranquility.If you’re a heavy sleeper or plan to be out all weekend, you might be fine. But if you value quiet, rest, or the ability to enjoy the balcony without shouting over traffic, this is something you need to know before booking.It was so disruptive to our trip we ended booking a different place for our last night to avoid not sleeping before our flight the next day. I contacted the owner who offered me ear plugs.Beautiful property, but the weekend noise is a deal‑breaker that should be clearly disclosed.

The views are amazing!!

What a wonderful place! The penthouse is in pristine condition! Very window shows the ocean! It’s so close to the rainforest and bioluminescence bay! The gate keeper and security receptionist were so sweet! Don’t think twice! Book it!

Fantastic property

We loved our stay in this property. The kitchen was fully appointed. There was nothing lacking. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean with plenty of storage. The view and the balcony were amazing. We spent so much time on the balcony. The beach is just a 2 minute walk. The location was great. The Luqillo kiosks and beach are very close. Getting to El Yunque was easy as well as getting to Old San Juan. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful getaway

Wow was the first impression. The condo is completely updated with the details of a home. We unpacked and were ready for our adventures. The unit had a full compliment in the kitchen so we could prepare and cook. It was setup for relaxation and we were within a few minutes walk to the beach. There is a grocery store across the main street and everything we did was a short drive away. We are truly impressed with how effortless everything became, because this home was ready for guests.

Gorgeous view and apt. but noisy at night

The apartment was fully equipped as pictured. Views were even better in person. However, the bedrooms face a busy and noisy street, especially at night. The windows aren't sealed well. Our host was very responsive and delivered earplugs to us the same day we contacted him. They worked somewhat well. If you are a sound sleeper and are used to earplugs it's a great place.

From the moment I stepped into this stunning Luquillo penthouse, I knew my stay would be exceptional. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom space was absolute perfection in every way possible.The location couldn't be more ideal - situated in the heart of Luquillo, Puerto Rico, with restaurants, shops, and attractions just steps away. I loved being able to walk to the famous Luquillo kiosks for authentic Puerto Rican cuisine and having easy access to the pristine beaches. Being centrally located between San Juan and El Yunque rainforest made exploring the island incredibly convenient.Communication with the property manager was flawless. They were responsive from my initial inquiry, provided detailed check-in instructions, and remained available throughout my stay. When I had a quick question about the best local spots in Luquillo, they responded within minutes! Their recommendations for dining and activities in the area were spot-on.The cleanliness of this penthouse deserves special mention. Every surface gleamed, the bathrooms sparkled, and the bedding was immaculate. It's clear the owners take tremendous pride in maintaining their property to the highest standards.And the view - absolutely breathtaking! Waking up each morning to panoramic vistas of Luquillo Beach and the Atlantic Ocean through the floor-to-ceiling windows was worth the price alone.!

Beautiful But Bring Towels

This property is beautiful as listed, but do NOT forget to bring extra towels or you’ll surely do laundry for your entire stay! My daughters and I had to take a trip to Walmart just purchase MORE towels for our three day stay! The beach towels are NOT located on the beds as listed, check the closets. If you wait too late to take a shower, you will take a COLD one! Beautiful unit but a warm shower with adequate towels after the beach is Very IMPORTANT to me! The management stated to let him know if we needed anything and that he would help, ALL LIES! I wish he could’ve helped with More towels instead he became argumentative!

Bath towels, beach towels and hand towels are provided. It seems like the guest wanted fresh towels changed everyday like a hotel, which we are not. Guest requested washcloths which is it stated on the listing that are not provided, and got upset when told that it is in the description. We didn't hear anything about cold water until now but it was just checked and rest assure it is working great. We are happy to help if anything that we provide is missing but requests outside of what we offer and listed we wouldn't be able to accommodate.
