This fantastic vacation home has 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a heated private pool, up to 3 parking spaces, high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV with 60 LIVE channels, a fully equipped kitchen, and much more.

The house is located in the exclusive gated community Crystal Cove and ranks as one of the best and safest in the Disney area. The location is perfect, you'll be on the same block as Walmart Supercenter, and just a few minutes away from Super Target, Sam’s Club, and Publix.

You have at your convenience: toilet papers, kitchen towel, coffee maker, toaster, small dish detergent, hair dryer, hand towels, bath/pool towels, pillows, linens, duvet, memory foam mattress, refilled vegan hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispenser to keep the plastic waste at a minimum.

Living Room: Our velvet chesterfield sofa set will give you a wonderful time resting, relaxing, and laughing with your friends and family! This spacious living room offers a Roku Smart TV with 60 LIVE channels which you can access through the Spectrum App, Netflix, Disney+, HBO Max, Hulu, and more.
Dining Room: Offers a rectangular traditional dining table with a combination of beauty and strength with soft and comfy chairs for 6 people, an outstanding place to have large meals while getting together with your family.
Kitchen: Self-catering kitchen, meaning the property provides all necessary facilities to allow the guests to cater (cook) for themselves, including a coffee maker and a toaster. In addition to all that, there is a round modern table with 4 flexible transparent chairs, ideal for daily meals and snacks. Also a small dish detergent for your comfort and convenience.

Now, let's move on to the 4 cozy bedrooms, and the other rooms!

Master Bedroom: This large bedroom offers a modern, king-sized bed with premium hand towels, bath towels, a memory foam mattress, and soft & crisp white sheets, that fit anyone for being so spacious. It has a bathroom and a walk-in wardrobe.
Master Bedroom's Full Bathroom: 2 sinks with hand soap, bathtub, toilet, and a walk-in shower with shampoo, conditioner, and a body wash dispenser.
Queen Bedroom: This spacious room has a modern queen bed, equipped with the same type of linens and mattress as the Master bedroom.
Disney Princesses Themed Bedroom: 2 twin beds with Disney princesses themed sheets, pillows, and blankets, as well as premium hand and bath towels included per each bed.
Avengers Themed Bedroom: 2 twin beds with Disney princesses themed sheets, pillows, and blankets, as well as premium hand and bath towels included per each bed.
Bathroom: Full bathroom with a sink, hand soap, bathtub, toilet, and a walk-in shower with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispenser.
Laundry Room: Equipped with a laundry washer, dryer, and a fire extinguisher.

For the safety of the house as well as the guests, there are 3 security cameras, 1 at the front entrance and 2 on the sides of the house.
Child security gate to the pool is installed, feel free to put it aside if you don't need to use it.

Please stop by the nearest grocery store to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay. We do not offer pool toys, but they are inexpensive at our nearest Walmart Supercenter - 1.9 Miles.

Please throw away the used trash bags to the trash bin that's located at the right side of the house.

Insects: Our home is treated periodically for pests. Florida has a tropical environment and rich ecosystem, such as sandhill cranes, lizards, deer, squirrels, a large assortment of birds and bugs, especially ants (ghost ants, they're completely harmless), and more, this means you may encounter them and they are inevitable.
