Tucked on a quiet cul-de-sac, the home offers true privacy plus easy access to parks, shopping, and dining. Perfect for families, work trips, students, and traveling nurses.

Sleeping arrangements:
Bedroom 1: King bed+attached bathroom

Every bedroom has a smart TV.

Single-level comfort with vaulted ceilings and an oversized cloud sofa in the living room, complete with a large smart TV and X-Box plus a sleek fireplace feature.

Kitchen/Dining:
The dining area seats 6 people, and the modern kitchen is stocked for real cooking. Kitchen includes: pots/pans, basic spices, oil, coffee/tea, coffee maker, kettle, blender, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, and BBQ tools for the grill outside.
Everything you may need during your stay- will be provided.

Pool Area:
Slide open the doors to your screened pool and covered lanai with lounge seating, ceiling fan, fire table, and gas grill—perfect for sunny afternoons and relaxed evenings.
Pool heat: available by request for $40/day (negotiable for longer stays).

Laundry:
Washer and Dryer are always available and detergent is provided.
