Waikoloa Colony Villas 301 Newly Renovated Villa with Golf Course Views!!

Welcome to our brand-new vacation rental home. We have a 2 bedroom 2 bath end unit at the Waikoloa Colony Villas located in the Waikoloa Beach Resort.

Come and explore our Island of Hawaii, from Mauna Kea snow-capped mountain to Hawaii Volcanoes National Park where you can see how active Kilauea volcano is.

Once you enter the villa, you will be in our great room with brand new furniture, large flat screen tv, one-of-a-kind dining bench table and brand-new kitchen with brand new appliances. On the main floor is a very private guest bedroom and full bathroom. Guest bedroom has a queen size bed. Next to full bathroom is a large laundry closet with a washer and dryer for your use. Off of the kitchen is your lanai with seating for 4 to relax and enjoy the sunsets. Go upstairs to your private master suite with a large walk in closet and large bathroom. The master suite has a cal-king bed (BRAND NEW BOX SPRING INSTALLED) and a large flat screen tv. Brand-new air-conditioning system just installed. Reserved parking spot is located right by the front door. You are just a short walk to 1 of 2 pools that the Waikoloa Colony Villas has. FREE WIFI, FREE PARKING and beach gear is included in this rental. Minimum 5-night stay.

Colony Villas at Waikoloa Beach Resort has two beautiful pool and barbecue areas, air-conditioned gym with separate cardio and weight rooms, tennis court & basketball.

Kohala Coast Properties has partnered with ResortPass so you can spend the day at the resort of your choice. Go on line to see participating resorts, day pass to pools, spa day passes, Luau tickets and ocean activities adventures passes. A discount code will be provided in your welcome letter.

Great stay!

The place was just as advertised - very clean, newly remodeled, and well stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay. We appreciated the fact that there were wine and cocktail glasses, and a full set of dishes and bowls. Several of the places we’ve stayed at had a small amount of kitchen Items, and not enough to accommodate a family of four.

Excellent unit

Beautifully updated unit. Well equipped kitchen and beach gear. Spacious and open. Easy check in. Property manager responded promptly to all questions and was able to offer a late check out for our flight at a very reasonable cost. Resort is a great location with all the amenities that you can need and quick access to all the best beaches of the Kohala coast.

Fantastic property!

The property was very clean and neat, beautifully decorated and amply supplied with all your needs. We stayed with another couple and the design of the unit made it possible to have your shared and private times. We would highly recommend this unit. The location is ideal, close to the pool, and nearby activities and eateries. Loved it!!

Beautiful Villa

This villa was so perfect for our family of 4…4 Tommy Bahama Beach chairs that seemed brand new, boogie boards for the beach along with nice beach towels. The kitchen had everything we needed including spices & olive oil, lots of glassware, dishes & pots/pans. The pool area was perfect too. We will be back!

Amazing stay!!

We loved our time in Waikoloa and loved the convenience of the resort. This unit is so close to the pool and a quick drive to the beautiful beach. It was perfect for our little family. The manager was very responsive when we required attention and communication was thorough. The unit has everything you need to make trip to the beach and was very well stocked. Mahalo

In addition to being located in a picturesque area, it was close to many beaches (A-Bay, Hapuna, Black Sand Beach and Beach 69. Many wonderful restaurants near by with Lava Lava Beach Club being our favorite. The food is great and its location right on the beach and evening sunsets can’t be beat.The home is immaculate and includes everything you need for a pleasant stay. We enjoyed having the pool close by and other amenities. Truly a wonderful place to stay!

Clean, stocked with supplies, and close to shops and the beach. Only issue was the master bedroom’s box spring is very creaky. My husband slept on the couch because you can’t move around without the bed making a loud sound. Easy fix to make this place practically perfect. Property manage is awesome too. Very helpful and quick to respond.
