Beautiful remodeled studio condo 2nd floor 2 min walk to ocean! We have beach chairs, umbrella and towels.
We are 15 min to Mayo clinic. Kings size bed with a pull-out sofa. Nice and quite gated location!
No RV, Motorcycle, boat or trailer parking aloud.

Confusion regarding unit

I signed up for one unit. About a week before the manager graciously offered another unit due to construction work on the bldg I reserved. However, the unit # and passkey I received to check in ended up being in the original unit. I moved into the original unit thinking it was the substitute. It wasn't until the next day with all the construction noise that I found out it was the wrong unit. Since I was out for business until the afternoon and the workers quit work at 4 pm, I stayed in the noisy unit. The mgr. offered another unit butt it was too much

We have stayed in this lovely condo 3 years in a row. Every year it is so clean and perfect for what we need. The owner is so easy to communicate with, the location is perfect, and the condo is so comfortable!

Perfect vacation by the beach

We had a wonderful time! The accommodations were beyond impeccable!! The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Plenty of linens, and very clean. A minute walk to the beach! Wish we were staying longer and will definitely be again soon!

Our new favorite spot!

This was the best visit for our family. The location is unbeatable and the unit is just perfect. It is very clean and has everything you could need. We loved having a washer/dryer in the unit. The space is very well laid out - we even had enough room to have an ongoing monopoly game for the entire stay! Both the bed and pull out couch are very comfortable. We loved the sunshine that came in through the window above the bed. The kitchen had everything we needed. We are looking forward to our next visit!

Weekend getaway

Property is in great condition and perfect for small family (one child). Location near the beach cannot be beat. It’s very quiet and chill. Not far from lots of dining options.

Almost Got It right

While there is a lot to like about this property....location, recent renovation, etc.....the negatives put a damper on our stay. The window treatments over the bed and patio are a joke. Very cheap and the sun comes right on through, waking you up earlier than you want.Never did figure out how to turn on the TV. Got lost somewhere between Roku,Utube,&different passwords. Shouldn't be that hard to turn on the TV. The back patio was dirty and needs a serious power wash. These are easy fixes which would yield a higher rating. Would definitely come back if owners would address these issues.

Close to the beach!

Easy beach access with chairs and umbrella provided. Well stocked, plenty of dishes and towels. Window treatments were insufficient. Bed was comfortable but there was light filtering through the blinds from street lights that are on all night. Overall it’s a nice unit.

Large studio at the beach. Clean, all amenities we needed, host was very responsive, and great location. We would definitely revisit and recommend to family and friends.

Location, Location!

A 2 minute walk to the ocean was fantastic for catching the spectacular sunrises. Stayed 3 weeks; strong WiFi for working, balcony not screened but didn’t have any issues in late November; beach chairs and towels provided. Full kitchen was very convenient. Studio Unit only 550 sq feet, great for one or two adults however would be tight for 4 lg adults. Bed was comfortable, never pulled out sleeper couch. Very safe and nice area.
