Seaside Paradise is your ultimate beach getaway with 5 bedrooms including a bunk house - 3 of the bedrooms have king beds! Our home is just minutes from pristine beaches and boasts an expansive air conditioned game room with shuffleboard | pool | ping pong | foosball, fenced in yard, bunk house, and outdoor shower! (heating fee is extra please read details below).

Our beach home is located in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood called Dolphin Cove. It is very central to many shops and restaurants in the area. As well as 1.5 miles from the beach. Target and Publix are 2 miles away. Winn Dixie is 1 mile away. Whole Foods is 3 miles away. There are tons of restaurants in the shopping areas by all of the above grocery stores. A couple of our favorites - Anejo and Another Broken Egg Cafe.

A key code will be provided for self check in to the property.

Enter a home designed for togetherness that can comfortably accommodate multiple families. The living room, dining area and game room are tastefully designed to provide ample seating. The pool/ ping pong table is easily converted into a table for additional seating so everyone has a place at the table for dinner time. Indulge in personalized entertainment in every room. Each bedroom and the living room boast a Roku Smart TV, ensuring you won't miss a moment of your favorite shows while on vacation. Enjoy any of our 3 king beds in the house all in separate bedrooms! Or spend a night out in the bunk house with 4 full size beds and amazing views of the pool/spa.

The savory smell of the charcoal grill and sizzling meats fill the air around you as you sink into a beach lounge chair or find comfort in a classic Adirondack seat as the kids and dogs roam freely and safely in the fenced yard.

Our fully stocked game room is a haven of endless family entertainment! Engage in lively matches of ping pong, shuffleboard, pool, and foosball. Test your skills in bag toss, or opt for classic board games. Relax and watch the whole family have fun while lounging in comfy egg chairs. It's the perfect space for endless laughter and cherished family moments.

The kitchen hosts modern stainless-steel appliances, and granite countertops reminiscent of beach sands. This culinary haven is fully stocked, offering everything needed to create gourmet meals. Our commitment to your health and well-being carries over into the kitchen offering non-toxic stainless-steel cookware, ensuring both the taste and safety of your culinary creations.

Slip away after a day of family fun and lasting memories into one of our 5 bedrooms adorned with a cloud-like mattress, cocooned in blissful organic sheets. Sleep soundly, knowing you're in a non-toxic, chemical-free haven. Each night promises rejuvenating rest and peaceful dreams in this serene sanctuary. Mattresses consist of an eco-friendly Tencel Cooling Cover with sustainability sourced natural fibers and made in the USA. Our sheets and duvet covers are all made of 100% organic cotton for the most peaceful night sleep.

Bedroom #1 (master) – King bed w/ 2 nightstands and lamps, twin daybed with additional pull out trundle, in-suite bathroom and TV.

Bedroom #4 – 2 Queen beds w/ nightstand and closet and TV.

Common Spaces – Queen floor mattress that could be placed in living room or game room. Large sectional couch in the living room.

Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap are all organic and chemical free. We also provide 100% natural dish soap, dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent to match our sustainability and chemical free initiative.

We have all the essentials for the perfect beach day! Beach chairs and beach towels are available.

Baby and children friendly home! We have kids of our own and know how hard it is to travel when they're younger so we have done the best we could to have everything here for you. Pack and play, high chair, baby bath, baby monitor, plastic plates and cups, cups with lids/straws. Need something we don't have? Rent cribs, car seats, strollers, toys and more from BabyQuip!

Don’t forget to bring all your furry friends, as this is a pet friendly household with a fully fenced in backyard (extra pet fees do apply - $75 per pet).

Minutes to fine dining, nightlife, golf and the Sawgrass County Club Home of the TPC. 35 mins from Jax Airport, 30 mins to St. Augustine.

And not far away are the best greens any golf enthusiast could wish for – Ponte Verda Beach is home to the PGA Tour and the Players Championship, as well as the ATP Tour. Even if golf isn’t your thing, there’s no end of entertainment – Ponte Vedra is close to both Jacksonville and St. Augustine, with all the great sightseeing, shopping and fine dining of both locations. There are also lots of great activities the whole family can enjoy, including miniature golfing, fishing, boating, wildlife spotting and so much more. Hottub / Heated Pool - The heater is very expensive to run so we do charge extra for this service. If your stay is over 7 nights, please message us to discuss discounted pricing. The price is $75 per night to run the heater that heats both the pool and the hottub. Since the pool and spa run on the same heater, we have to switch back and forth between heating the two if you're planning on using both. The spa heats up very quickly. If you would like to use this service please send me a message at least 2 days prior to check in so I can have it heated before you arrive.

The best way to get around the area is by car or walking to some of the closer places such as Anejo or walking to the beach via Solano Rd. Find more information and recommendations in our guidebook!

At this time, we are not accepting reservations from local guests. Please reach out for approval if requesting to book as a local guest with the reason for your visit.

Pets – Fee is $75 per pet. Please reach out if bringing more than 1 pet. 2 pet maximum. No cats.

This is a pet friendly rental, despite the efforts of the cleaners, we can not guarantee no remnants of dog hair will be found in the property.

We have security cameras at the front and back entrances for the safety of our guests and our property. We have a security camera on the locked pool equipment area to ensure that everything is running correctly. This area is off limits to the guests. All cameras are triggered by motion detection and record video and sound.
