The bedroom features a queen bed, and the living area includes a twin-size daybed and a twin-size hide-a-bed - comfortably accommodating up to four guests across three sleeping surfaces.

The full kitchen is well-equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. Dishes, silverware, and cooking basics are all on hand so you can prepare meals at your own pace. A dining table and breakfast bar offer flexible seating for casual mornings or sit-down dinners.

Bathroom
The bathroom includes a bathtub, hair dryer, and all standard essentials - towels, bed linens, soap, and toilet paper are provided.

Sawgrass Beach Club sits within Sawgrass Golf & Country Club, giving guests access to the community pool and beach access point. From here, it's a short drive to waterfront dining, boutique shopping, and the historic streets of St. Augustine.

This property is located inside Sawgrass Country Club. Amenities are private. Guests have access to the community pool and the beach directly across from the condo.

-Sawgrass Country Club is a private members only club. Club Membership does not extend to guests at any property.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details and person staying on property. These items are required to complete your reservation and to allow access onto the property.
