This cabin sits on over 5 acres, all three levels have their own sleeping quarters, bathroom and privacy for each level. Perfect for couples, dear friends or family. Comfortable beds and amazing views of The Smoky Mountains. A million dollar view! Covered porch on two levels to enjoy sunrises and sunsets. Recently renovated and well maintained. This cabin does not have cabins on the left and the right. It is peaceful and tranquil. It has the quiet and seclusion your family is looking for. Just 1/4 mile off of HWY 321 in Townsend. This is truly a family retreat away from the hustle and bustle, yet close to all attractions that Gatlinburg has to offer, just14 miles away from the Gatlinburg park entrance. Pigeon Forge 7 miles, Dollywood just 12 miles away. The Townsend entrance to the Smoky Mountain National Park just 5 miles. 4 miles from the Wears Valley entrance to the park at Metcalf Bottom off of Line Springs Road. Minutes to the Tuckaleechee River, Cades Cove, and the Tuckaleechee Caverns.. So much to do everything is so close.

First of all, Jeff was great to communicate with. The house was very good. We had no issues with any items. All items were in good working order. View across the mountains were beautiful. Surrounding area is peaceful & quiet. Don't hesitate to enjoy this rental.

The cabin was absolutely beautiful and more stunning than the photos! I love the high ceilings! We were completely surrounded by mountains and we loved the view! It was perfect for our family and would definitely visit again. We highly recommend and our host Jeff was very courteous and accomodating. Thank you for providing us with the perfect location for Christmas memories this year!

This cabin was cozy, charming and clean. The kitchen was well stocked; so much so, that we prepared a full Thanksgiving Dinner. The living space had a smart tv and a wood burning stove that we enjoyed. The location was perfect for seeing Cade's Cove, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Dinner at Dancing Bear was excellent; we know now though to make a reservation if we go again. Our host was hospitable and available by phone. As a VRBO host myself, I can say this place was top notch!

The cabin was beautiful! We loved that each floor had its own bedroom and bathroom. The view was spectacular at sunrise and sunset. The kitchen was well equipped, with lots of counter space. The location is perfect, close to Townsend, Cades Cove, Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg. The host was wonderful to work with and communication was above expectations! Any time we had questions, we quickly got a response.

Beautiful views from the deck. Peaceful and quiet. Saw two baby bears playing at 3am. Very homey, lots of space, and well equipped. Fresh towels, soaps, utensils, and everything we needed. Owners are very nice and welcoming. Wished we could have stayed longer.

Beautiful views of nearby Smokies from back deck.Saw three bears, mama and her two yearlings. Comfortable cabin, plenty of space, very homey and well equipped. Owners are very nice and answered our questions promptly.

The property was above average overall! We have stayed in this area many times, the views (and bears) don’t disappoint. Kitchen was great, beds were great and the game room was fun! The only thing we didn’t appreciate was the dog hair accumulation under beds and tables and highly visible on the black bedding.

Had a wonderful relaxing time here with family. Our fur beasties loved it too. Accommodations were good for 6 adults although could have had more storage in basement bedroom. The kitchen had plenty of room with extra large dining table. Our host reached out to us personally when I had a booking question. Would highly recommend. Close to Cades Cove, Seveiervelle, Pigeon Forge. Located in Townsend, TN.

We loved our stay at this beautiful cabin. It was perfectly laid out with a bedroom and bath on every level. The bottom floor even had bunk beds which was an awesome surprise. The sunset views were to die for. The porches are definitely where we spent most of our time. The host was amazing and very attentive to our needs. We so appreciated and enjoyed our stay.

Pictures do not do it justice. The home is beautiful. We even had a bear visit the place in the early morning. It is very peaceful here. We would definitely stay again. Some advice to travelers would be to bring headlamps if you have a dog for nightime use. Also the grill is charcoal, so be sure to bring that. Owners were great on communication.

My family and I just returned from a wonderful stay at Jeff's and Mimi's peaceful property and beautiful cabin. The location of the cabin is perfect and secluded situated on 5 acres. Our labs loved the open yard and sitting on the 2nd lev porch overlooking the forest. The cabin is fully equipped with a beautiful open kitchen and plenty of counter space. The bedrooms were lovely with comfortable beds. Our son enjoyed the lower level bedroom/activity room. We enjoyed many games of pool.I have to say that the cabin offers the most stunning view of the mountains, especially at sunset! We have stayed at several cabins in the vicinity and this cabin offers the best view!Thank you Jeff and Mimi for a wonderful stay!

Best New Years trip ever

Our New Year would not have been perfect had it not been for this amazing diamond we found. We were so tired of the crowds in Gatlinburg so we went to another area. We were a bit worried we would be far from it all, but no way a beautiful ride well worth the trip. Jeff the owner has been communicating since we rented several months ago, once we got there we had constant communication from him and Steve project manager. The house is not huge but 9 of us slept super comfortably with our two 4 legged girls who enjoyed the comfort of the house. Jeff, we are looking forward to booking again with you thanks for your hospitality and for renting us your gorgeous home God bless your family

Family Gathering

The property was great and plenty of space. I loved the view and spent as much time as I could taking it in with my coffee. The property is in a great location to go either direction to all of the possibilities around. You will see near :-) Kitchen is well stocked. Laundry room is nice to wash up and pack up to go home. I was able to visit my past with my Pac-Man skills and my husband enjoyed beating me on the pool table.

Townsend private cabin visit

Beautiful hill top location off Wears Road, with 2 separate balconies looking out over tree laden vista. Well kept property with modern attractive kitchen ( but no garbage disposal) , 3 bedrooms on separate floors, all with bathrooms, and large open family/ dining area. Pleasant, helpful interaction with owners, and smooth entry on arrival.

Wonderful atmosphere!

This place could best be decided as high end modern industrial with lots of wood (which I love) meets Martha Stewart. I especially loved the beds and the bedding, and it was THE most dog friendly place I’ve stayed at ever. I would definitely stay here again. I would love to buy the place!

Great Cabin!

The cabin is beautiful! The view from the back deck is amazing! The cabin was close to Wears Valley Road but still high enough in the mountains to get a great view of the Smokies. The road to the cabin is narrow and a little tricky, but not too difficult to drive. Two of the bedrooms did not have TV in them, but we really didn’t even notice once we saw that amazing view! There are lots of squirrels and chipmunks in the yard. The owners of the cabin were so nice and the check in and check out process was easy. We would definitely stay here again.

First total family getaway.

The property was absolutely wonderful, the view from sitting on the deck was barring, none, the best that I had seen while being out there for five days. The home itself was very nice and fit our needs well, stocked well, which surprised us because we brought a lot of stuff, but then left some stuff. The beds for sleeping I was in the master bedroom mattress I have ever slept on. As well as my sleep, it was fantastic. I do not sleep like that at home and I’ve never slept like that anywhere else. We had a wonderful time. unfortunately it was spring break and a little too busy for us so we would like to try again another time soon. We do.

Most Awesome Place in the Mountains

Our family of 8 (including our pup) stayed at this awesome 3 level cabin on a mountain in Wears Valley. The view was beautiful with mountains in the distance. The renters were extremely responsive and check-in was a breeze. This cabin is about 5 minutes from Wears Valley, 10 minutes from Townsend, 12 minutes from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, 25 minutes from Pigeon Forge and 35 minutes from Gatlinburg (all approximate times). Places to eat, buy groceries, shop, sight see, and entertainment all very nearby. The cabin was perfect with gorgeous views from either porch. Although there are other cabins on the mountain, there is a great deal of privacy with no other cabins next to it. I would definitely choose this cabin again! We absolutely loved our stay!

The advantage is that you are close to these areas yet you will enjoy the fact that this property sits on over 5 acres of pure privacy, breathtaking views and 2 balconies that are perfectly placed to enjoy the million dollar view.. Unlike most cabins that are literally right on top or next to each other, you will enjoy the peaceful setting that this property offers with family or dear friends. This cabin has beds on all three levels, each level has privacy enabling you to share this opportunity with friends or family. We are pet friendly, also included is Pac-Man Arcade machine and a pool table. We believe you will love this house from top to bottom.
