Destin Harbor & Crab Island Views ~ Updated 3 Bedroom Condo!

East Pass Towers 603 is a 3 bed/ 2.5 bath beach front condo in Destin. This unit comfortably sleeps 8 with its 2 King, Queen, and a full bed setup. Enjoy beautiful views form this unit's private balcony or enjoy nearby amenities at the nearby Desitny Harbor with entertainments and restaurants before hitting the beach! Beach chairs and umbrella available for guest use stored in garage closet.

One of the other really cool things about this condo is you can walk out the back of the building over to the Harbor (about 50 ft) and you can hop on the Destin Water Taxi and have them take you across the Harbor to any restaurant or destination you desire. This makes having a long day by the pool or on the beach so much fun and much more responsible knowing you don't have to drive anywhere for lunch or dinner! We absolutely love doing this and hitting up our favorite restaurants like Boshamps, Harbor Docks, Marina Cafe, Louisiana Lagniappe, AJ's, Boat House, Tailfins, Dewey Destin's and so many other cool spots along the waterfront of the Harbor.

Beautiful condo with plenty of space and amazing views! We happened to be there when Margaritaville was doing fireworks and sat on the balcony to watch, which was awesome!

Beautiful place

The condo was perfect! The decor was very pretty and very comfy. I loved the little blankets that was an added touch when it was chilly.

Best views on Destin boardwalk and Best Beaches at doorstep

Loved the apartment layout and the stunning views from the two balconies. The beaches at Norriego Point were perfectly suited for our little family.

Nice break from it all!

Nice clean buildings, updated, maintained nicely. Location is unbeatable being able to walk to a few different beaches in minutes while also very close to the boardwalk and many restaurants.

We absolutely LOVED this condo! The location was perfect and the views were incredible! You can hear the harbor restaurants across the water but only from the balcony. We liked the noise when sitting out there! We will definitely be booking this place again!

Nice place overall

The condo was very nice and we had a great time. There were a couple of issues that could be addressed: 1) some door knobs/handles were loose or falling off, 2) the secondary bedroom door didn’t fit in the door frame and wouldn’t close at all, and 3) there were very few glasses in the kitchen. Additionally the music from AJ’s across the canal was quite loud in the evening but that is not a reflection on the condo, just be prepared.

A Condo With a Magnificent View

Our family absolutely loved this property! We were more than impressed by the outstanding view. We were on the patio in the morning with coffee and then the evening with cocktails. Lots of room to move around the space and to share with family or even another couple. Dual living rooms and dual patios. The Temp was tricky to manage in the bedrooms two out of three bedrooms, they were warm at night. They had fans in the closets I imagine to help with this. We would most definitely come back!
