Relax with the whole family at this peaceful two bedroom home. Beautiful quiet neighborhood close to interstates, Iowa West Sports Complex and Fields, Iowa Western Community College, Henry Doorly Zoo, bike/running trails, downtown Omaha, Creighton University, Old Market, CHI Center, Mid American Center, Eppley Airfield, and more. Spacious tree filled private backyard, outdoor patio, grill, and fire pit. Plenty of parking. Great WiFi and Netflix, YouTube TV and Discovery+. Washer/dryer available.
The space
A sun filled one level home with beautiful sunrise and sunset views. Sun porch and outdoor patio with plenty of seating and a grill. Laundry in master bedroom. Board games, books, and more. Even a dog bed and pet bowls so your furry family members also feel at home.
Guest access:
Guests have access to entire property other than the garages and basement of home. They can use the yard, porch, laundry.
Other things to note:
No events, parties, or gatherings are allowed inside or outdoors.
Bicycles and helmets are available upon request. What better way to take advantage of all the nearby trails?

This property is very clean and the decor is adorable! The location was perfect for us, very close to the family and friends we were visiting during our stay. Very dog-friendly with a big backyard. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

My daughter and I loved our stay. Great backyard for our dog, close to the Mid America Center and a quiet neighborhood. The House was private and cozy. I recommend this rental!

A relaxing stay

The property is beautiful! Nice amount of room, had a lot of amenities, was very clean and spacious. Josh was very quick to respond with any questions we had.The screened porch was so nice.Neighborhood was very quiet, property isnt far from omaha or manamaw state park which we toured for about 45 minutes.

Quick stop over on our way through town, moving from Denver to Chicago. Lovely home on a lovely piece of property. Wished we had more time to enjoy it. Great communication through the whole process!

Quiet, great patio

We wanted a place with great outdoor space and found it here. Just a delight. Home had been nicely updated. We drove the Loess Hills scenic byway south, enjoyed good food at 712, saw Moulin Rouge at the Orpheum. Great place to stay.

Beautiful home

We had a wonderful stay. Josh and Melissa are great hosts, and quick to respond to any questions. The fresh flowers and local cookies were a lovely touch. The house has been beautifully restored and the garden and deck are so relaxing, with visiting squirrels and bunnies

Very comfortable

This place on Caribou was very comfortable. It met all of our needs. I was worried about the stairs from the picture that the stairs in the back were very easily climbed, which it makes a difference with us senior citizens. The yard was beautiful. My dogs had a blast. Blast run running.

Wonderful home in a private almost woodsy area, but just blocks from sites and shopping. The owner Josh clearly cares and it shows! Fully equipped, nicely furnished, beautifully decorated, super spacious home with comfy bed. We biked the Wabash Trace directly from the cottage! Everything was perfect. I could not be happier with this stay!

Perfect!

You really feel at home here. The location is excellent, in the bluffs with a beautiful, meticulously maintained large yard. The home is updated, attractive, and well thought out for guests. It is also well priced! The owners are welcoming and attentive to their guests. We couldn't have had a better stay and hope to return at a future date. Note: Be sure and use the back of the driveway for easy access to the home.

Fantastic

The hosts were so accommodating! Christmas Eve they brought a thoughtful gift for me and even a treat for my dog! The house was very nice, in the summer it would be nice to enjoy the sunroom, but it was too cold. An electric baseboard heater would be a good idea as the house becomes very small without that space. The hosts were great to fix the little issues. The house was decorated for Christmas..including a tree, that made it special..we had everything we needed! Games and welcoming muffins! Very nice! Highly recommend. Thank you!

I instantly fell in love with the quiet and peaceful neighborhood the first time that I visited. This is a private road so there is very little traffic. The neighbors are the sweetest and the wildlife is abundant. When this home became available, I knew I had to snag it, especially after realizing it needed some love. I had fun restoring this home while introducing a modern flair. I hope you love staying in our home and enjoy the community as much as we do!

I love how close we are to everything but yet it is so peaceful and quiet. The sunsets are often beautiful and the private back yard is such a nice place to relax.
