The den features a foosball table, access to the private hot tub just outside, and a TV above the fireplace so the kids and teens can enjoy a movie night downstairs while the adults enjoy some peace upstairs.
With a neutral colour scheme in the open concept living room, dining area and kitchen, you may just have to indulge in a cat nap when the sunlight streams in just right (we won't hold it against you!). The living room also features a flat screen TV over the fireplace. The private balcony just off of the dining area has your barbeque so you can enjoy an awesome summer cookout.
The dining table can seat up to 8, 3 more can fit at the bar, and with all of the seating in the living room you definitely won't be hurting for space.
This home has a queen bed in the master bedroom (with an ensuite bathroom), a queen bed in the second bedroom, a tri-bunk in the third bedroom, a tri-bunk in the fourth bedroom, and a sofabed in the den downstairs.
Additional rules
* An online Damage Liability Agreement must be accepted before access to the property is permitted. This will be sent to your direct email 10 days prior to your arrival (direct email must be provided after your booking is accepted).
* Municipal Noise Bylaws dictate that quiet hours are between 11pm - 8am.
* Municipal Parking Bylaws dictate that no parking is allowed on the streets from October 15 - May 15. Parking is allowed on the "even" numbered side of the street during the remainder of the year.
* Guests are responsible for any fines received from the Municipality and our fees thereon for any bylaw infractions. Fines and fees are described in our online Damage Liability Agreement.
