Beautifully renovated single story with central air on wooded acreage. Spread out and enjoy the cool pines with lots of activities nearby!

The property has 2 rental options. This is for the main house. The Bear Treeloft is an additional living unit (ADU) above the garage perfect for couples or combine with the main house for larger groups. This unit will not be rented to other groups during your stay. Message for more details.

Close to golf, trails, fishing, paddle boarding, restaurants and weekend live music in the summers. Rent off road vehicles nearby or take a day trip to visit the wineries in Cottonwood, the sites in Sedona or all the fun activities in Flagstaff including skiing, hiking, horseback riding, slaying and more!l

Really Good House with Some Rough Spots

We really enjoyed our stay here. We had four adults, two kids, and there was plenty of space. Many of the spaces and amenities are great. The location is perfect for those who want a small town feel but have access to the Grand Canyon, Flagstaff, Sedona, and other spots. The only downsides are the bathrooms, which are small and not as functional as they could be and the kitchen use a better collection of pots, pans, and bowls.

A great stay!

The property was the perfect size for our family of 8, with plenty of room. It was incredibly clean, with an updated kitchen. The location was beautiful, and centrally located between Sedona and Flagstaff. I highly recommend this beautiful home!

Spring break getaway

We stayed at this cabin with another family. There was plenty of space for all 10 of us. The house was clean and well stocked. If we had a question, the owner was quick to respond.

Cute place in the woods

Overall we had a great time and enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean and had enough towels/linens for our party. We stay in Munds Park often and love this little town. I wasn’t particularly crazy about the location of the property, it’s right on the main road, and the beds could have been more comfortable- they were very stiff. The property manager was very attentive and polite. We ended up renting the additional space and thought that was very nice and definitely allowed some extra space and privacy for our larger party.

Spacious fully equipped cabin

This cabin is so well stocked in the kitchen and all the extra blankets we needed for the cold weather. There is plenty of room for a larger family staying together and room to explore outside. One of my favorite places I have stayed at through VRBO. Host was easy to communicate with

Absolutely Perfect!

We had a really wonderful time at this beautiful home in Munds Park. The house was gorgeous, clean (exactly as the photos showed) and also very well stocked with everything we needed. Katie couldn't have been more responsive and helpful, though we didn't have many things to contact her about because everything was so great. We were originally planning to stay in Sedona but decided to book here, where it was cooler and more peaceful, and that was the right choice for us. So lovely to be surrounded by the trees and the drive to Sedona was very picturesque and no hardship at all. I went with my young adult kids and there was plenty to do for all ages close by. We will definitely be back!

Checked All the Boxes

Great Central Location in Munds Park offering Trees, Privacy and Cool Weather. The Mother by Law 79th Birthday brought Friends and Family Together. The home offered ample parking, front yard was fairly flat making it easy for the elders withe generous tree cover, Large deck and BBQ are were quite convenient. Plenty of room inside as well - we ended up with 4 grandkids overnight and they had a great time a well. Memories Made!! Thanks

Loved this place. Loft was great for our adult son and girlfriend. The Cabin was super clean and convenient to everything we had planned on doing. The owner always texted me back within minutes if I had a question. We would stay here again!

Amazing

We have rented many times on VRBO, and this property shined. We left FL right after a cat 5 hurricane. We were behind a couple of days, but the owner was kind enough to extend our stay until we found a permanent residence. The house had EVERYTHING we needed for our month long stay. Communication with owner was great. She immediately responded when we had any questions. The property itself is gorgeous-we saw deer and other wildlife many nights. It is also very convenient- about a 20 minute drive to Flagstaff for shopping and restaurants. We also experienced our first Arizona snow the first week. Our pup loved it. I could go on, but all I will say is if you want a lovely home in Munds Park...rent it now! It also has trails for hiking and 4 wheeling right up the road. Thank you Katie for turning a crazy experience(cat 5 hurricane) into the best introduction to living in this beautiful state.

My background includes previously owning and managing long-term rental properties in Phoenix, HGTV fanatic and many hours of being a low skilled but hard working laborer helping to get this property modernized, clean and comfy.

Munds Park is 1.5 hours from North Phoenix and centrally located between Flagstaff, Sedona and Cottonwood. It is a small unincorporated area with our home being in the center of all of the activity! Just off the I17, it is easy to find, lots of parking, and a quick walk or drive to restaurants and bars. Live music in the summers at Borracho Saloon, karaoke at the Pinewood Restaurant and Bar, Agee's BBQ and farmer's market. Pinewood Country Club with golf, pickleball, tennis and more.
