Walking through the front door of 1637/1638 Sea Dunes, you will immediately notice the breathtaking oceanfront views from every room- kitchen, living area, and both bedrooms! The sunny yellow painted walls adorned with shiplap and comfy sectional with ample seating welcome you to the spacious living room. A large surfboard and beach themed decor create the perfect coastal setting. Enjoy a family movie after a day of fun in the sun on the large flat screen television!

The adjacent dining area features a wooden table with chairs on one side and bench seating on the other. Two barstools sit at the counter for additional seating. The nearby fully equipped luxury kitchen creates an ideal space for preparing a scrumptious family meal. Granite countertops, stunning white cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances are all features of this grandeur kitchen. A laundry area with a stackable washer/dryer is also conveniently located off of the kitchen.

On the south side of the living space sits the master bedroom painted a cheerful green and decorated with coastal embellishments and white shiplap accents. A wet bar with a mini fridge is also located in this room for added convenience. A second bathroom adjoined to this room features granite countertops and a combo shower/tub.

This soothing getaway is directly oceanfront on the 3rd floor, complex offers an elevator, and only steps from the sandy beach. A quick 2 minute stroll will take you to the huge Sea Dunes pool where you can bask in the sun or take a refreshing dip! It's the perfect getaway for anyone!
