Perfect for what we needed

We were in Brighton for a dog show, and the hotels nearby were expensive and not very convenient. We found this little VRBO place for a great price and it worked out great for us.

The area is quiet and the parking is very accessible. There are many options for dining, groceries within walking distance. The apartment itself is beautiful. Very clean and had all the amenities needed to cook. The host is responsive and answered my questions quick.

Everything you want and need, nothing you don't

This property was exactly what I needed, a quiet, uncomplicated neutral place to recover after selling my house. Ease of parking. Unending ice. Enormous TV. Comfortable bed. Cute little kitchen. Solid door between me and the rest of the world while I watched all eight episodes of Monk on Netflix. I also loved the mini-split in the main part of the unit and the bedroom, as it kept the temperature perfect, and added a quiet, soothing white noise as I fell asleep each night. Also, the host was very responsive. I was honestly sorry to leave. FIVE STARS.

Hidden Gem in Brighton

This little place was just what my husband and I needed during our stay in Denver. Close to the city, but a small town feel. The apartment was updated, cozy and clean. The neighborhood felt safe and I was surprised how quiet it was We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will stay here again when we’re in the area again.

Weekend get away

My fiancé and I stayed here for a weekend. It was our first time visiting Colorado and this was the perfect little space for the two of us. Everything was as listed and then some. They had shampoo and conditioners for us and even a scented candle in the bathroom. The space was very clean and decorated cute. Would stay here again!

Excellent little place!

We spent a couple of days there. It was just really nice! Everything was decorated. Well, it was super clean, and all the amenities were perfect.

Cute place - would recommend!

This Vrbo was perfect for my trip to CO with two of my dogs! Living in a house and going to a one bedroom apartment, it did feel small (I think anything would have). The open layout and primarily white design elements definitely made it feel more spacious, though! The complex has a cute modern design on the outside - the Google Maps is VERY out of date (as of Sept 2022). Neighbors were really quiet and pretty friendly. This specific unit has one neighbor to the left and what I assume is the laundry room to the right. I met two neighbors in the other building while the dogs used the grassy areas to do their business. From the sounds of it, most of the units are locals renting apartments vs Vrbos, which made me feel even safer in the area. The unit had just about everything you'd need. I ate out a ton, so the full sized fridge came in handy. But, there was a stocked kitchen if you wanted to cook at the Vrbo. My primary reason for going to CO was to hike with two of my dogs. Although not near the mountains, my drive to mountain towns like Evergreen and Idaho Springs was 60-90 minutes each day. My friends that live in Denver had less miles, the same travel time, and far more traffic. That being said, unless I stayed specifically in the mountains, I would definitely stay here again! Brighton was a cute town! There are a handful of breweries, diners, and lots of Mexican restaurants around this Vrbo. Main Street was a 10 min walk with lots of food options. I would definitely recommend this spot for a single person or couple (with out without pets)!
