There are two units within the property which are both inclusive of the price and both connected. The upstairs area boasts two large bedrooms, a modern chef's kitchen, dining hall and living room with a sleek bathroom. The studio unit below has a bedroom, kitchenette and full bathroom.
Note: There is no washer and dryer. There is no outdoor seating area.

Exceptional Tuscan Rental, Highly Recommend!

You get rentals set up to make money & those where the property is a one off that the owner has lived in. This is very much the latter & renovated with beautiful taste.Finding it was easy: The green door, left of “Locanda del Gallo”restaurant.First impression: WOW. The porch has a breathtaking view of the valley. You then go through secure doors which lead to big beautiful authentic renovated rooms. A studio, 2 double beds, a kitchen, dining table & lounge. Views: stunning from all rooms but especially the porch & kitchen.Bedrooms: large, high ceilings, comfortable, tastefully furnished & with a great mattresses. Slept well throughout. Would also say the linens etc are good quality.Kitchen: my favourite room in the house. Double aspect with breathtaking views. An expensive kitchen, Really really well equipped. (There was a normal kettle, loose tea kettle, coffee maker & an induction expresso coffee maker. WOW).Lounge: huge room big tv and very comfortable. Again high standard of tasteful decoration.Bathrooms: 2. Small but well equipped & tastefully set up.Other things: WiFi was good, local restaurants & shops are in walking distance. Parking was a bit tricky but you get used to it.An added bonus was Laura the host. I found her the best ever host I have had on VRBO. She had a suggestion to ever need, including finding a neighbour to take one of our group to Pisa airport. I hope to visit again one day. Many thanks to Laura for making it special

Sehr schönes und sehr gut ausgestattetes Apartments in einem schönen historischen Gebäude. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt, trotz der Wärme sehr genossen.

Beautiful little corner of Tuscany

Loved our stay in Chianni. Laura’s apartment is in a beautiful old property sitting at the top of the hill above Chianni - it’s immaculately clean and very spacious and comfortable, with the stunning views everyone else talks about. (Not sure if there is a shower anywhere with a better view!) We were working here for the week over from London and the house was perfectly equipped for this with Wifi and plenty of working spaces. No air con but we were here in the heat of summer (actually had a severe weather warning while we were here) and the fans in the house worked perfectly. Laura was a great host - checking in to make sure we were comfortable. Chianni itself is very pretty and has restaurants and the friendly Bar Centrale where we had coffee and croissants every morning. All in all a wonderful stay.

Beautiful Chianni

We loved staying here! The apartment was beautiful - very comfortable, newly renovated, full of light, and with the best view ever. I couldn’t pass a window without stopping to enjoy the view. Chianni is the perfect village - good restaurants and close to attractions but very quiet. We definitely want to come back!

Beautiful apartment with stunning views in a charming Tuscan village

We thoroughly enjoyed our 10 day stay at this apartment, and made day trips to Pisa, Lucca, Volterra and even Sienna. The apartment is spacious and beautifully furnished/decorated, with stunning views (the pictures don't lie).

Hi everyone, it is a pleasure to meet you. We opened our home in Tuscany during the Summer season to share the amazing views of the unspoiled landscapes. It was a dream of mine for about 20 years to own property in Italy. I didn't know much about Pisa, but when exploring properties all over Tuscany and Umbria, I fell in love with Chianni, it's size, the views and the real Italian culture.

Chianni has some of the best views in Tuscany. The views are unspoiled by development and tourists. This property is a historic building that sits on the edge of the village to allow unobstructed views of the Tuscan countryside. There are 4 restaurants within walking distance and a local bar. One of the restaurants is right next door. The kitchen upstairs and the studio kitchen has been renovated. The bedrooms are very spacious with king-size beds, a large wardrobe, a reading chair and a desk.

Guests receive some wine, free wine tasting at Castelvecchio, and bottles of water.
