We have stayed here several times with friends while attending Ohio University’s Homecoming activities. We enjoy the house, the fire pit and the beautiful property.

This place is very nice. It is much more spacious than the pictures show. The common areas are very large and nice. The property was serene and very nice! I would highly recommend- I would definitely book again. Everything was top notch!

We had the best weekend stay with family! The house was spotless, inviting, and worked perfectly for all ages. It was a beautiful weekend and we spent most of our time outside enjoying the patios and walking the property.

Perfect space for a getaway! Big rooms, well appointed and clean. Beautiful back yard and more TVs, games and seating options than we needed. Great details from a stocked coffee bar to a well appointed kitchen. Hosts were friendly, conscientious and very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed it!

Great for a Girls' Trip!

The house is beautiful and spacious. The six of us had plenty of room to spread out and read and work on crafts. The fire pit was perfect for making s'mores. There's a great game selection too. Many laughs were had and many memories were made!

Friends’ Getaway

This house was perfect for six longtime friends getting together for an extended weekend of fun. The open concept, living room, dining room, and kitchen was perfect as was the four bedroom layout with three full baths. The fire pit was very nice, but unfortunately we couldn’t use it due to an open fire restriction at the time we visited. It was about a half hours drive to Hocking Hills State Park, which we visited twice for some gorgeous hikes and candlemaking nearby. Highly recommend this property.

Spacious Home perfect for OU Homecoming

We have stayed here twice, and we like the location and the ample number of bedrooms and bathrooms for accommodating our group. The setting is also quite scenic and quiet.

OU Parents weekend

The house and location were perfect for our stay during OU parents weekend. Short drive to campus. The house was very clean and had so many amenities. Beautiful land overlooking a pond and great fire pit. We hope to be back soon!

Wonderful Experience

We had a very nice stay. The home was very clean and comfortable. I emailed to property owner with a question and recieved a quick response (very helpful as I packed quickly and had misplaced some information). House is in a pleasant, relaxing setting. We enjoyed our stay very much!

The Perfect House?!

My friends and I absolutely adored this house for our girls weekend. The amenities are plentiful, the beds were comfortable, and the location was just close enough to town for us to make last-minute grocery runs. I am in love with the coffee bar, and several of us have saved this listing for future use. I can't wait to come with an excuse to stay here again!

Perfect accommodations for our vacation

House and property were just right for two large, families. Everything was very clean. We enjoyed the bike path behind the property, the fire pit, ping pong table, coffee bar, nice kitchen, dining table large enough for all of us, comfortable bedrooms… We also enjoyed the beautiful pond, but swimming/boating are discouraged and we would have liked more freedom to use the pond. There were tvs and WiFi boosters in every room and cameras on the property. We prefer to “unplug” on our vacations so this was a bit of a turn off for us. Overall, the property was just what we needed to have a really nice vacation!

Cozy, spacious, perfect getaway!

This was a very nice, spacious, clean house! My family and I got together for my sister’s 30th birthday and it was the perfect place. It was very clean and had everything we needed even games, there were so many. I would highly recommend this place to anyone with a big group! We would love to book again.

Perfect getaway

Second stay and amazing again

The Perfect Vacation Spot

Our group consisted of seven adults, one child, and one toddler. This property was fantastic for our group. The home was comfortable, clean, and spacious. We enjoyed fishing and kayaking in the pond behind the home. We spent many nights around the fire then watching a movie. The property was located in an ideal location allowing access to many activities. The host was consistently available to respond to questions including the morning the smoke/CO detector went off. The host immediately sent out someone to assess the situation while our group sat around the porch drinking coffee. Overall, our group absolutely loved this house and recommend it to anyone interested in vacationing in the Hocking Hills area.
