Keep expectations a bit low, likely applies to most places in this complex or places in general for this area from what I could tell.The unit itself was okay, bathrooms needed a deep clean and some updating, lots of rust on piping and grout around the toilet needed replacing. The dishwasher needs to be cleaned as the dishes smelled dirty coming out, the coffee maker replaced as it doesn't brew properly, and the washer did not properly rinse the clothes. Suspect that the bed cover had not been washed as it smelled like musty man smell. Living area was comfortable and nice after long days of hiking, however once we sat down to relax, had to reset the TV multiple times each evening to get it to connect. We did enjoy the patio, after we spent some time cleaning out the leaves. Utilized the hot tub facilities, again, keep expectations low was quite dated and worn down. I really don't like leaving reviews like this but for what we paid and the size of the property I was really let down.
