Relax on the lanai with your favorite beverage, and allow yourself to be serenaded by the crashing of waves and the refreshing salt water breeze. Our expansive ocean view is amazing every day and even better during prime whale watching season, which falls during the winter months. Stay put and enjoy or go out & explore the island of Maui.

Apart from the main selling point of the amazing beach view. The home was very thoughtfully furnished. Loved the book of reviews/Guide. It was super helpful in helping us plan the activities and manage the time.

Ready to rebook

We had an amazing time in Maui and at this condo. The condo location was perfect - we could walk to the beach and to several restaurants. The ABC store was maybe 2 blocks away and I think we made 10 trips there alone. The condo has all that you need - bed is comfortable and the view from the balcony is stunning. We are already talking about a return trip. The pool was lacking and it is an older building but this condo was beautiful!

Updated charming oceanview condo.

Paki Maui is an old building, but in a perfect area with a beach you can swim in out front. We always stay here in Maui. This condo was a first and we loved the decor and that it had everything we needed. It's in an area of great food and easy to get in and out of. We loved it.

Overall good

Beautiful view! Otherwise just okay, some small ants were in the kitchen and the condo got really warm at night (although there are fans). But the fans had tons of dust on them. Some very minor uncleanly things like the dust and ants but we overlooked that for the gorgeous ocean front location. Also loved walking to the grocery store (called farmers market). Definitely need a car for the location and we drove all over the island. For the price point I would probably find something else next time but overall the listing is fair & would suggest for a couple but pretty tight for 4 people

Loved the balcony with amazing ocean view!

Thank you so much for having us at your beautiful condo just 5-10 minute drive north of all of the shops/restaurants/bars in Lahaina. The condo is super clean with a fully loaded kitchen. But the best part is the balcony to enjoy your coffee and watch the ocean in the morning. Thanks again, look forward to coming back!

Lovin Maui

I have booked many VRBOs all over the world and this one tops them all. The owner left a complete binder of condo directions, appliance manuals, places to go beyond tourist destinations, places to eat that owner likes, notes from other visitors on what secrets they found. We saw lots of Turtles thanks to the guidance of this binder! I will visit this condo next time in Maui! Thanks SO much for the effort to make visitors welcome.

Perfect views and location!

The location of this property is great, with walking distance to beaches and restaurants all over. It also has the most fantastic view with the ocean so close!! It was breathtaking when walking in. The visitors guide book left with all the information was probably the best I’ve ever seen! It obviously had info about checking in and out, but had so much more!! It gave activity and restaurant suggestions, as well as side trip information that was extremely helpful and valuable to us as first time visitors. We had high expectations for this Condo, and they were exceeded!! We are already talking about coming back!!

Perfect location and very responsive management. Walking distance to great variety of food. We particularly like The Beach Club, Duke’s, and Fish Market. Biking, golfing and swimming readily available. Nicely updated over the last year.

Lives up to the listing

Dinner while watching the sun set over the ocean? Check! Beautifully decorated, comfortable property? Check! We walked past so many units which overlooked parking lots, or where you would have to crane your head to see the water, but this property gave us perfect views of the perfect beach. The Kitchen is well finished out and convenient, the master bedroom is a pleasure, and the pullout couch worked great for the kids. We loved the location, and enjoyed our final two days on the island. Thank you very much!

Perfect Getaway

Excellent place to stay. My fiancée and I got engaged under the stars here in February and it was perfect. Everything looks as good as or better than in the photos. It was easy to find and get into the place, with convenient parking. And they had everything we needed on-site. It was very helpful to find 4 beach towels neatly folded in the cupboard for our use, in addition to the standard towels and linens any place would have. Gorgeous ocean view, beaches nearby, and plenty of access to shopping for necessities or local goods, without at all feeling like you’re in a commercial area. Lahaina was amazingly and this property was awesome. Highly recommend.

Unbelievable view, perfect rental

Carron and her rental were both excellent! Right from the get go, we knew this was going to be a great experience. She was very communicative, answered all of our questions before booking and made it a no brainer for us and our 3 year old. When we got onsite, we were blown away by how close to the ocean you really are. The view is incredible and exactly what we wanted. Getting to see whales everyday right from the lanai was very special, the highlight of our trip. We looked forward to starting our days and ending them on the lanai. Just amazing. The complex is nice and quiet, friendly people everywhere and close to the resorts and Lahaina. Our favourite beach, and arguable one of the best on Maui, Kahekili, is 5 mins away by car. We also found the unit to be very kid friendly. We could see turtles right in front of the complex which was pretty cool. Lots of amenities nearby, pretty much perfect. We will absolutely recommend this to anyone we know and will be back ourselves. Thanks Carron for making our first trip to Maui very special.

Awesome ocean view!

We had a wonderful time staying in Carron's condo. The view is absolutely spectacular and he supplied everything as listed and needed for a fabulous stay. The provided beach gear including snorkeling equipment (even the XL fins needed), a cooler, beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, an “in-room safe”, and even the first cups of coffee were appreciated extras that made the whole stay a great value. We couldn’t have been happier on the location of the condo. It was right across the street from some great local food and a short walk to a long boardwalk by the high rise hotels for some great exercise, bar hopping, or people watching! Then you can easily retreat back to the extremely quiet, safe, clean, and well-kept condo – away from the crowds. We would definitely stay again for all of these reasons along with Carron’s valued communication and concern for us having a great stay.

Couldn’t be happier with this condo. Very well equipped, beautiful view, and very responsive property manager and owner. Looking forward to a return trip as soon as we decide dates. Definitely well worth a stay.

Perfect room for two!

This condo did not disappoint. It was the small, thoughtful details that mattered most. We stayed here with my whole family and they all stayed in other condos. Out of 4 total condos rented, ours was by far the best in terms of view, included amenities, decor, and cleanliness. First and foremost it was HOT for us in Maui, and we were aware we wouldn't have AC in the condo. The owner provided enough fans in the unit that we were still able to enjoy ourselves. We enjoyed having our first mornings' coffee provided for as well as having the Maui Brewing growler available to fill nearby. The beach gear was perfect and the cooler bag saved us from having to rent coolers when we took off on day-trips. We took our time and read through the guest book and the info binder and learned so many things about Maui. Overall, great condo. We LOVED our time here. Thank you!

Great condo, gorgeous view!

This condo is lovely! It’s decorated so cute with teal accents throughout, and although small, it is well stocked and makes good use of the space. Nicely updated and very clean. Little touches like the keyless entry, Brita water filter, plush towels and linens, comfortable bed, several boogie boards, beach chairs and snorkel gear to borrow, all combine for a convenient and comfortable stay. Add to that easy and good communication with the owner and property manager, and it’s a winning combination. The complex itself is a good size, on a great ocean front property. Grassy lawn with abundant lounge chairs, a great sandy shallow beach protected with a rock ledge made for a lovely place for our babies to safely play without worrying about the waves. In the afternoon several turtles come to dine, and there is a nice array of colorful fish to be seen as well. We’ve enjoyed the pool and the gas grills as well. Walk to the Farmers market, Times Market, food trucks and several good restaurants. We enjoyed grabbing take out to bring back to our condo, Sunset on your lanai each night is a great way to end each maui day. We would definitely come back to this beautiful condo. Mahalo Carron!
