Located in large gated Golf community Spanish Wells in Bonita Springs, very central and just 4-5 miles to Bonita Beaches
Ideal for guests who enjoy the Florida lifestyle comfortably in an elegant, spacious and beautiful large house with heated pool and with fantastic Golf and Lakeview. Enjoy your private heated pool under a large screened-in lanai and grill at your BBQ.
The house has 1 king size Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom,1 guest room with king size bed and with en-suite bathroom, one more guest room with king size bed and attached bathroom is right next to this room.
One another guest room (Dan) with a king size bed, which can be used additionally.

One additionally bath room with walk in shower is available on the Lanai

Large living room with smart TV and a separate dining room.

Large Lanai with table and chairs can also seat up to 8. Also large area for sunbathing with very comfortable loungers. Heated pool and Gas BBQ.

Full equipped modern kitchen with coffee machine and much more. In the laundry room you will find a large washing machine and of course the matching dryer.

There is also an ironing board with steam iron, vacuum cleaner and much more.
The home is well maintained and fully equipped to provide a comfortable and peaceful stay for couples or families. It sleeps max. six persons and has plenty of room for lounging and dining, indoors or out. (See list of amenities below.)
Come and watch beautiful sunsets from the best beaches in Florida. Watch the flying fish, sea turtles or even a manatee and with a little luck a couple of dolphins may come by. Everything is available for your visit to one of the great beaches like towels, beach chairs, etc.
If you prefer shopping or go out dinning ? There are also several options within a radius of about 6 miles. For example, the large Coconut Mall 10 minutes or the Miromar Outlets 20 minutes, and many excellent restaurants.
Golf courses and parks are only minutes away in every direction. Miniature golf is three blocks away, Publix grocery and CVS pharmacy a couple of blocks away.
Less than 30 minutes to Southwest Florida International Airport.

Disney world is a three hours drive and Key West is less than five hours away.
