Great house for our weekend stay- especially the hot tub and bikes. Nice kitchen fully stocked with dishes and utensils, also plenty of towels. The host was very responsive.

This was by far the best place I have ever stayed. The accommodations were incredible and even beyond what the photos show. The house was beautiful, close to the beach, fully stocked, and the hosts were super responsive. And I cannot believe the experience we had for the price we paid. Would absolutely book again. 6 stars!

This is a very nice property in a great location for taking advantage of all Santa Barbara has to offer. The house is very comfortable. The fire pits, hot tub, outdoor grill and deck are wonderful. The neighborhood is beautiful. It’s easy to get from the house to downtown, the beach, numerous restaurants, stores, the 101 and the wine country. We had no problems with the house and the host was very pleasant and responsive.

Perfect getaway

The house was the perfect getaway for us ladies in the 40s with bikes available for us to get to downtown. The house is only a few minutes and the sunsets were gorgeous.

Nice Home!

Really enjoyed our stay - fairly new home, very clean inside and out, everything was well stocked. The backyard with wooden deck was very nice, enjoyed the hot tub and waling to the park next to the ocean every day.

Great stay in Santa Barbara - Close to it all

This house was an amazing getaway with friends. It's beautiful & well kept. The owners were responsive to our needs. This property is close to the beach, bike paths and not too far from State Street. It was a perfect location and we will be back!

The layout of the house is great for family togetherness. Nice uncluttered furnishings. Outdoor area connects nicely with living space in the house. Everything worked. Excellent location.

Great stay for familes

We stayed for our elopement with our baby and family. We all slept comfortably and it was great having a high chair and pack n play. Plenty of towels and a washer to clean towels and clothes if needed. Lots of accommodations. Overall a beautiful property and would def. Stay again

Perfectly relaxing!

This home is just delightful. It is clean and perfectly appointed. The outside living space is stunning and located just a few houses to the ocean. The host was very communicative and location was great to get to and from all the local hotspots. If ever in SB again we will stay here. Thanks for the great hospitality!

Gorgeous Home!

My family and I absolutely loved our stay here. The house is gorgeous, but we really spent all our time in the beautiful backyard!! Five adults and three kids all fit perfectly. Hot tub and fire pit were amazing. The only downside was not getting to stay longer. We hope to come back again one day!!

The property was so pretty with decorative touches throughout, and a large comfortable backyard. Refinements like a Keurig coffee maker in the kitchen with coffee and accompaniments, to bikes in the garage with helmets and locks, were a wonderful surprise. We felt that the host was a best friend that couldn’t be there with us that weekend, but wanted to make the time spent a special experience for us. The house is spacious, and in a residential neighborhood, very close to the beach and restaurants in town. We highly recommend this home.

Amazing property in a fabulous location!

The house was beautiful inside and out! The kitchen was well equipped and served very nicely for making a three tiered cake for my daughter’s wedding. Stress of wedding prep was easily countered with a dip in hot tub and run along the beach. The host was a joy to communicate with! We highly recommend this property!.

Beautiful Outdoor Space & Perfect Location

My girlfriends and I stayed here for a long weekend to rest and catch-up. The home is impeccably designed and well-stocked with everything we needed. The outdoor space is next-level. Loved the fire pit and string lights at night. Enjoyed the jacuzzi. Strolled to the beach. Close to shops and restaurants. Everything we hoped for and more!

Relaxing Santa Barbara Retreat

This home was perfect for our family group of 8 spending a few days in Santa Barbara. The home is well appointed with plenty of bowls, cups, cooking utensils, etc. in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable and the location is great -- a 5 minute walk to the shore and convenient to downtown. The outdoor space is the highlight, and much thought was put in to making several comfortable seating areas. Lush plantings made us feel like we were in a tropical oasis. Overall a great stay.

Great place and location!

This house is great! We stayed for a weekend for four of us. The deck is really spa like and the house has a great open floor plan. It's nice to be able to use the garage and charge the Tesla. The house is a couple blocks from the park with the best view of SB. You're just a few minutes from State St. We will be back. Thanks again!

Beautiful home in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. The house is laid out very well, nicely decorated and super clean. The outdoor patio is gorgeous and very private. The communication with the host was very timely. She provided great information, including a detailed house and neighborhood guide, and was very accommodating. The location is a quick block walk to Shoreline Park. The park had a great walking path with ocean views. It is a mile walk to Shoreline Beach Cafe which was a fun place to grab a drink and watch the ocean. We plan to rent this house again.

Perfect place!!

My husband and I plus our son, DIL, and their 5yo and 17 mo children were very comfortable in this nicely-appointed home. Everything needed was there in the house. There were even bikes and a wagon/cart and a hot tub. It’s one block to the ocean! It’s 10 minutes to the zoo. It’s less than 10 minutes to downtown. Great location! Excellent communication with the property manager. A well-run rental! We’d love to come back!

Beautiful Santa Barbara Home

This home is beautiful. The backyard is so relaxing and perfect for spending time together! Communication with the owner is prompt and easy. The interior space is exactly as pictured and has everything we needed. Beds are very comfortable and bathrooms are well stocked. The bikes, beach towels, chairs and umbrellas are very handy! State St shops and restaurants (we loved Chads for breakfast and Santa Barbara Fish House for dinner) are a 5 minute drive or a 15 minute bike ride away. The bike ride back is uphill but the path is perfect for riding or walking. A day trip to Solvang and the wineries was fabulous. We also enjoyed The Boathouse restaurant and Hendry’s dog beach a few minutes drive away. Overall, this home is truly wonderful!
