Large oak trees in the front yard give this unique home a lovely shaded curbside appeal. The house is newly renovated and at the time of this posting, all the furniture, appliances, bed linen, kitchen utensils, and cookware, etc are being delivered. She will be complete by the end of August and ready to rent on September 1st, 2022. She has brand new kitchen cabinets and LVP flooring. The two guest bedrooms have carpets. New Washer and Dryer, Microwave, and Fridge along with a dishwasher too. Everything you need is included to move in and enjoy this special space. There is a large fenced-in back yard and I am open to discussing pets along with a nonrefundable pet deposit on a case-by-case basis, provided there is zero chance of the pet being a neighborhood nuisance and or potential damage to the interior of the house or the back yard. Centrally located in a quiet neighborhood. This lovely home can sleep 8. A King, Queen, and 4 bunk beds await you along with a gas fireplace for those cooler evenings indoors. I hope to have an outdoor fire pit by the time September rolls around but that may not make the cut-off date. A special place to recharge and to enjoy our beautiful Wilmington, NC with quick access to many nearby attractions including the beach.

I left SA on a sailboat in 1998 to circumnavigate but after reaching Hawaii I decided to leave and settle in NC. I currently Captain a private Motoryacht and spend my summers in CT and my winters in FL and the Bahamas, It's quite the lifestyle but I do enjoy visiting NC and seeing my friends as often as possible. I love trees and this property had beautiful curb appeal to me. It was warm and inviting although some of it is in the shade. I love the open plan layout sizeable fenced-in backyard and new LVP floors. It just felt right to me so I bought it.
