Welcome to Walnut By The Sea where the sprite and ocean meet for a perfect and relaxed vacation! The building is a 6-plex in which all units are 1 BDR/1 BA, ground level units are located at the tip of Dania beach, just steps from the ocean and Hollywood boardwalk. Outdoor furniture with a nice and private landscaped surroundings. Each unit is decorated with a sense of the beach, tasteful and inviting - walk or bike on the boardwalk and enjoy the beach's breeze. Close to shops and restaurants!!!

Please note:
We are a vacation rental company, therefore we have multiple units in this building. All our units are furnished similarly with the same quality and equipment per listing but with a slight difference in the decor and furniture. We cannot guarantee that you will get the same exact unit as in the pictures and we can't guarantee the floor of the unit

Wonderful stay!

Our stay at Walnut by the sea was great! The place was very clean, and the property owner was very responsive. Great location by the beach as well.

Excellent Stay

Property was exactly as advertised. Management was very responsive whenever we had questions. Location was just a couple minute walk to the beach, quiet but well placed for activities, restaurants, shopping, etc. We would stay here again.

Great place and beach

Great place, check in with seamless, great communication with the property manager, convenient to great restaurants and a beautiful beach. We stayed in unit 5 which had a great porch and was well organized. Being a little older, the bed was a little soft for us, but that's just personal preference. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

Very Very Nice space and Location

The apt was very nice and the location was great. The shower drain clogged so I contacted the manager and we moved to another just as nice unit. Well worth the value.

Courtyard Oasis

Wonderful location on a laid-back quiet street a half a block straight down to the beach. The complex of six apartments were grouped around a well tended courtyard with a tall hedge blocking the street. The courtyard had beautiful planters. Each apartment had a little patio with a table and chairs. It was a great place to hang out.

The kitchen area has a refrigerator and oven and the small dining table is perfect for romantic dinners or enjoying breakfast before hitting the beach. If you like to cook outdoors, you’re in luck! The community has a BBQ grill for use. The en-suite bedroom boasts a European mattress on the bed along with an en-suite bathroom. Free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, and cozy accommodations await!
