Awesome Space and Location

This place was squeaky clean, and great set up with beds on opposite sides of house. Kitchen was great, living area also great. Definitely want to stay here again!

Definitely not disappointed with this house and our stay. Even better in person than expected from pics and for the price. Would definitely stay here anytime in the area again.

Fishing weekend

We stayed here for the Big Bass Splash competition. Great place to stay with plenty of room for us all. Very clean home. When we had questions she is prompt in answering. Great place!

Wonderful place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. We only slept there and used the oven. We were there to meet family and celebrate my oldest brother's 80th birthday. This place was so much bigger and nicer than where the rest of our family stayed. Wish we would have had longer to enjoy the property.

Great cabin

We had a great weekend and loved the house! There was a terrible storm that came through and we lost power but the generac allowed the power to come back on immediately. My kids had a great time. And powell park is right down the road!

Fishing trip

Easy in and out, super close to ramps on each side of the lake. Not a bad word to say at all, we enjoyed our say. We are looking forward to coming down again and hopefully we can book same place again.

Great home close to Powel Park

Loved this little cabin. Close to Powell Park and Fuve Fingers boat ramps. Home had plenty of everything, didn’t have to bring anything except clothes and food. Owner was very accommodating and quick to respond. Hopefully will stay here again in the future

Quite and cozy

Plenty of room for us.Access was good and nice to have boat ramp close. Never could figure the lights though, not a problem just couldnt figure how to make them all work.

fishing trip

very clean and accessible for fisherman pulling boats. We stayed here for a family fishing trip over spring break. Very clean and well-kept property. They have everything you pretty much need. my boys really enjoyed the loft. Close to several boat ramps and Powell Park for kids to play etc..

Great Cabin

I had an amazing stay at this rustic cabin in Broaddus, TX! The cabin was spotless, well-kept, and located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood that made us feel right at home. The beds were super comfortable, and the cabin had everything we needed—just bring your food and clothes. It felt just like spending a cozy weekend at Grandma and Grandpa’s—full of warmth, comfort, and little moments that made us feel right at home. Being only a minute from Powell Park Marina on Lake Sam Rayburn was a huge plus for easy access to the water. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Easter at the Lake

Growing up it was tradition to spend Easter at the lake. It’s not the same with patriarch and matriarch deceased. This house was the perfect solution. Not that far away from Powell Park which has access to the lake. House was perfectly described. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back again.

We’ll be staying again!

This place was perfect for our family’s Memorial Day weekend! It’s located SO close to Powell Park Marina and Sam Rayburn Park! There was plenty of space for 6 adults to sleep. We brought along a pack-n-play for our two-year-old, and there was plenty of space for it in each bedroom. We are rating cleanliness only 3 stars, because under the beds and small rugs around the house were very dirty. We all gave this place overall 5 stars, and we’ll be staying here again next year!

I hate sharing this Awesomeness

Because I don’t want competition for this place. But Latisha is great, the location is outstanding, and the place is good quaint. You know, bad quaint is where they say the place is quaint and it is small and nasty. This place has plenty of room, is clean (great AC BTW) and thus “good quaint.” It has the feel of grandparents - a good feel. Love this place and we’ll be back often.

Wonderful Little House by the Lake

Perfect little cottage for our weekend fishing trip at Powell Park. Communication was superb and the house was really adorable and stocked with everything we needed.
