Phoenix VI is one of the most relaxing condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach.



There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix VI. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're bbqing. Stay in our Premium unit and pay less than the select price!!!



Come relax on the 5th floor balcony directly overlooking the outdoor pool with great views of the gulf or sleep on the large king bed in the master. This unit has been upgraded to included new furniture, granite countertops, and new cabinetry. Living area has a new 70 inch tv. We have a king size bed in the master with balcony access and we have two full sized beds in the guest bedroom with a queen sleeper sofa!! We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.



FOR LARGE GROUPS WE DO HAVE ADDITIONAL UNITS AT PHOENIX VI, INCLUDING ANOTHER 2 OTHER UNIT ON THIS 7TH FLOOR!!!!



Parking: We have a free parking spot in the garage, the front desk will give you a pass upon arrival. For an additional pass you must purchase your parking pass from the front desk, they are a one time fee of $55 plus tax per vehicle.

The condo itself was fairly clean and sufficient but there were several items in the condo that needed attention. I attempted to reach someone about these issues shortly after arriving and again following check out and never got a response. Nothing was detrimental to our stay but were definitely inconveniences and for what we paid I expected things to be in full working order. Or at least to have gotten a response when I reached out.

The pictures looked very nice, but the wall art, bedding, condition of the upholstered furniture, were all in need of updating. The icemaker leaked so we bought a bag of ice in, the condo lobby. Plenty of pencils and dishes. Beds were a little soft, but overall pretty comfortable.

I have to say we really enjoyed our trip and condo was very nice. The only area I could suggest improvement is fixing the dishwasher door. It is so hard to get latched closed to run.

Unit 514 almost looks like in the pictures, but needs some deep cleaning (floors, stains on the chairs and walls). Master bedroom door may need repairs. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes. We had a really good time.

Don’t waste your money!

This property is in desperate need of an extreme deep cleaning or a full gut. We booked a last minute getaway with our daughter before she leaves for college. The view and timeliness of the maintenance staff were the only two things I have anything nice to say about this property. The furniture was so filthy, I didn’t want to sit on any of it. I get that it’s a beach condo, but let’s remember that when purchasing cloth bar stools. The mattresses need replacing- they were horrible. I also understand that the cleaning staff has limited time to clean before the next guests check in, but this place was gross. And all of the linens, especially the towels need thrown away. Paper thin and not at all clean. We left a day early because none of us wanted to be there anymore. Severely disappointed. Do not recommend.

Beautiful beach

Absolutely gorgeous view of gulf , Pool and the beautiful beach. The Phoenix had a pool, indoor pool, and hot tubs. The beach was just steps away. Very clean, well manage. The condo was clean, bright and had everything you would need. I would highly recommend this place. My crew really enjoyed it.

Great location, slightly better than average unit.

The location of this property is great, as well as the location of the unit within the building. Perfect layout for families. The condo was pretty much as advertised, with what I would say are very basic accommodations, with the exception of the kitchen which was great and really does have everything you need except spices/condiments. The beds were super uncomfortable and the furniture was fine but did not seem “new” as stated nor were the counters granite which is not a big deal at all- just mentioning the discrepancies in the listing that we noticed. The amenities provided (soap, toilet tissue etc) were awful and also not remotely enough to last our group of four for even half the time we had booked, we actually had to go purchase those items. The main issue that brought my rating from a 4 to a 3 was the lack of communication from the host/property contact. The morning after we arrived we found that one of the two screen doors was completely broken and non-functional and I did not receive any response after sending messages to them via the inbox on the app and via email. The pre-trip communication was slow as well, with them taking 2 days to respond to a question I had. Improving communication with guests as well as providing better in-unit amenities would go a long way for this condo!
