Enjoy summer in the Hamptons at this centrally located luxurious Hampton Bays retreat! The spacious 4 bed/3.5 bath home is newly renovated, designed for entertaining and stocked with all the amenities of home. Bring your family, friends, dogs and/or extended family and enjoy the fenced in yard, heated pool, cushioned chaise loungers, state of the art Weber grill, blue stone patio with table for 6, gas fire pit and relaxing front porch. Bay beach within walking distance and available to all renters.

Basement accessory apartment includes a guest suite with full kitchen and separate entrance and additional washer and dryer.

Pack ‘n play, baby gates, and toddler toys, ping pong table, beach chairs and umbrellas, bikes, and lawn games (cornhole, etc) available for use at request.

In close proximity to ocean and bay beaches, shopping and amazing restaurants.
- 10 min walk to local bay beach that is perfect for kids, kayaking and SUP. And great for sunset happy hour!
- 10 min drive to ocean beaches
- 15 min drive to town of Southampton

Wonderful house in a great location

We had a wonderful time at Mike and Krissy's property. The house is immaculate and very comfortable. The back yard with pool is very nice, and as we were there in the summer, set up with nice loungers. We were celebrating our daughter's 16th birthday and hosting a group of her friends. They all loved the house and thoroughly enjoyed the pool and nearby beaches. The house is located very close to a lovely bay beach and a short drive to an ocean beach with great facilities. Communication with the owners was easy and they made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Amazing Property

The property is beautiful. We had an amazing time. Everything is clean and so nicely decorated. Beds were so comfortable. The backyard and pool were awesome!! The hosts were easy to reach and properly had everything we needed. They have the most comfortable towels and linens. Can’t wait for a return trip.

Great stay

We had a fabulous stay at Mike and Krissy’s home. The pool turned out to be more important than we thought given the beaches were closed on and off due to possible shark sightings. The ability to jump in and out of the pool at a moment’s notice was great. We had an infant with us and he enjoyed his first full pool experience. We cooked most of our meals ourselves and the kitchen and outdoor equipment was more than adequate. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of everything-supplies, linens, places to sit, outdoor space. We enjoyed being in a more wooded and quiet area yet close enough to the beach, supplies, and very good restaurants (we patronised Out of the Blue Seafood 3 times). We would highly recommend their home for a Long Island stay.

A Very Pleasant Stay in Hampton Bays

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit ‘home’ as we are originally from Hampton Bays. The house is extremely comfortable, clean and peaceful. We had planned to eat out but found it so relaxing to stay in with take out each night! Great location with a walk on the bay very close. I hope to be back again.

Girls’ Weekend Getaway

Krissy and Mike’s home in Hampton Bays was magnificent. We are a group of friends that have been getting away for 20 years. We think we’ve found our perfect home to continue our tradition. The house is beautifully decorated and comfortable. There was plenty of room in the kitchen to prepare our meal. The dining area is spacious to eat comfortably together. The open flow concept allowed us to laugh, and share stories in one area. All of us loved our bedding. The bedrooms are so comfortable and as I said the bedding so cozy. Mike and Krissy have thought of everything. They were very communicative and left explicit information and directions. It would’ve been wonderful if we could have enjoyed the pool and fire pit. It was a quite chilly when we were there. But I could only imagine how lovely the property is in the warmer months. We highly recommend Krissy and Mike’s Hampton Bays home. Everything was very well done.

Very calm and secluded, with a wooded backyard and privacy. Being close to the beach is great and makes for a great happy hour and sunsets!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Large, private, comfortable backyard-- with a great pool and comfortable and fun amenities. The interior is well designed and recently remodeled. And the basement accessory apartment is a huge plus, with an additional kitchen, washer/ dryer, and separate entrance that can be used.
