It’s all about the location.

It has good “bones”. It’s very bright with beautiful French doors in living room and bedroom. 2 full bathrooms in a 1 bedroom unit is great. There is beautiful lanai and the property is amazing. Underground parking garage is unusual and appreciated in warm weather. Could use an upgrade of a refrigerator and range. It would be nice to not have to fill ice cube trays in a warm climate and only two (the small ones) out of four burners work. The owners are fantastic and very responsive. They truly care about their guests!

Wonderful complex, comfortable condo, responsive hosts.

We have stayed in this condo before so our return is a vote of confidence. The condo is well-equipped. It is some time since it was updated but that can maker for a more relaxing stay. It is more or less south facing so gets the sun on the patio almost all day. The hosts are very keen to ensure a trouble-free stay. The only drawback we encountered was the provision of only one keyfob for access to the interior of the complex. The condo is outfacing and to access the swimming pool, gym and car parks it is necessary to use a keyfob to unlock the security gates. This made it awkward when we wanted to do seperate things. If one person goes to the pool whilst the other goes for a walk or drive, the second person cannot rejoin the first readily. We were told that the restriction was imposed by the HOA management. I would ure the owners to provide two fobs.

Comfortable, well-equipped condo in a superb complex

We have stayed in three different condos in this Complex. All of them are pretty similar. Deauville itself is a wonderful holiday destination with great facilities and only ten minutes on foot to Palm Springs main street. This condo, as with the others in its block has an entrance which is outside the Complex itself, which has security gate access by keyfob. this means that when exiting the condo one has to enter the Complex to enjoy its amenities or access the car parking. This might mean it is slightly less secure than condos which open up inside the complex. However we soon got used to this and experienced no problems. The Listing shows the equipment provided and we experienced no problems here either although the TV has a very, very limited range of channels. The wifi was excellent. We would certainly be happy to return to this property and have no hesitation in recommending it. The owners were very responsive to any messages we sent.

November at the Deauville

Charles and Gina were great hosts, the property is very close to downtown and the 3 pools and hottub are terrific. When the owners are able I would replace the BBQ and put in a propane BBQ instead of the hibachi type. The Ralph's card in the condo was a super saving at the grocery store! We had a great month!

Enjoyable Stay in Central Palm Springs

Charle's and Gina's condo is exactly as advertised. It is a short walk to the centre of Palm Springs and very spacious for a one bedroom, with a large living area, two full bathrooms, and a spacious balcony with a view of the mountains and palm trees. The condo has had some updating and is in well-kept, original condition. The monthly rental is quite reasonable for the popular Deauville complex, with lush landscaping, several pools, and a fitness room. Communication was excellent, with clear directions for self check-in and a quick response to any questions. Thanks for an enjoyable stay, Charles and Gina.

Fantastic!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The condo had everything we needed. It was spacious and comfortable, and we SO appreciate it being both affordable AND pet friendly!!! The location cannot be beat!! Right near downtown, super convenient location. We loved the Dauville complex, absolutely beautiful and relaxing place to stay. The multiple pools are great and they were never busy. Even within this nice complex we feel this particular unit was a great location, being convenient to the front of the property and front parking spaces. The balcony and views from the unit are so lovely, the sound of the water fountain out front is so relaxing, and it’s nicely shaded for most of the day. Our hosts were accessible and responsive. Can’t recommend this place highly enough! Hope to be back again :)

It was in an excellent location for walking to town. Parking was convenient and abundant on site. We would love to stay here again. Owners were quick to respond to any questions we had and easy to work with. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there were very pleased with the location and the unit.

Great Location

Condo was a great location. Not inside the locked gated area. However, never felt it was a problem. Parked by fountains as garage is a ways to walk. Condo had everything needed to enjoy stay. (Except scissors). :) Would definitely book again!

thin walls in condo!

I only stayed 6 days out of the month for I did not like living in a place where I could hear the folks next door talking like they are in the same room as me. I had to turn up the tv just to hear it! I asked to get some of my money back but they turned me down! I never rent out another condo in my life !

Relax in Palm Springs

Condo complex is close to downtown, very well maintained and has three awesome pools. This particular condo covers all basic needs, is clean, spacious, a little dated, but you cant beat the price. Only downside for us was that the unit overlooks the main road and is across from the Palm Springs convention center. Just so happened the center was hosting a weekend long festival, with booming music from noon till 10PM. Very noisy.

There was everything in the condo that you could possibly need. Spacious and comfortable. Air conditioning good, much needed as it got to 105 degrees. Nice deck area with a charcoal bbq. Deauville is a nice quiet apartment complex, enjoy.

Perfect condo and complex

This is our 2nd stay at this condo and resort and loved it even more . We love the king bed and having 2 bathrooms and very comfortable couch and chair . It has a great decent size deck view a great view of the mountains and water fountain at entrance. The grounds and pools are well maintained and so beautiful. Can’t wait to return next year

Great older condo with a fantastic pool, walking distance to downtown Palm Springs

We rented suite 116 , a 1 bedroom which faces East with a spectacular view of mountains & great morning sun. The unit is clean with updated master ensuite and a well appointed kitchen with all the necessities to make meals, etc. The vaulted living room ceiling makes the unit very bright and pleasant. Short walk to the amazing pool surrounded by massive mature palms - a nice place to relax, swim and catch a few rays. The neighbours are friendly and welcoming. It is only a short walk to downtown Palm Springs with great shops, restaurants and art. Our hosts Charles & Gina were great, hands-on owners who answered any and all questions. We would highly recommend this unit.

Nice unit in great complex.

This was our 3rd unit at Deauville and after 2 month stay happy with this one. The recliner couch and leather chair are very comfortable.. Murphy bed also proved to provide a good sleep and wasn’t hard to pull down.There is good light from the clear story and the front door area Wrought iron dining table with glass top and 4 chairs. Television offers basic cable, internet good (worked well outside too). King bed was lovely for sleeping, good closet (lots of hangers) nice chest with 6 drawers. Bedroom has a screened sliding door (perfect for sleeping in the cool nights); and a good blackout shade. Having the 2nd full bath is a real plus. Kitchen is well supplied. Small stacked washer/dryer (same in all units we stayed). Good supply of linens, and towels. Pool towels and float also provided. Outdoor space faces the main entrance and the fountain, we enjoyed the sound. Sunny in early morning, by late morning it was shaded and perfect for sitting out; even on a hot day it’s cool in the shade. Table.extra chairs, overhead fan with light and weber grill provided. The owners are very responsive, available by text, email or phone. We are looking forward to a return visits, Tripadvisor saved the service fee charged here.

Lovely little house, perfect location close to downtown within 10 min of walking distance.

Lovely patio with the best view ever. Nice and relaxt, beautifull surroundings. Spent 10 days here and feels like home already.

Wonderful Stay like feeling home

The owner are very nice. Everything was exactly the same how describe in VRBO. For sure we are back in 2018. The Unit is in good modern condition and has a skylight. From the patio you have a great vew. The Contact with the owner was fast and very friendly. Easy one page contract.

7 day guys golf trip

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location across from the convention center. Fully furnished including toiletries, kitchen incidentals and laundry soaps. Clean unit. A/C. Great pool area. Plenty of parking. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great experience in Palm Springs.
