Cozy one bedroom condo with a pull out queen sofa bed is sitting on the 18th hole of the Park City golf course. This is a nordic ski course in the winter. Enjoy the year round outdoor pool and hot tubs, fireplace and cozy atmosphere.

Please note this condo does not have a washer and dryer inside the unit. You may access the condo community coin operated washer and dryer near the condo for any washing needs

One covered parking space if you bring a car, but a car is not necessary as the condo is so close to everything. (Please see map photo showing condo location, grocery store, Starbucks, movie theater, restaurants, bus stops, ski/bike rentals, and Lower Base at PCMR). Everything is in walking distance.

Please do not bring skis or poles in the house.
Please do not wear ski boots in the house.
Please do not smoke in or around the property. There is absolutely no smoking allowed and your deposit will be forfeited if there is any sign of smoking.
Please remove shoes when entering the home.
There are no pets allowed.
Please be courteous of the neighbors. Quiet time is from 10PM to 7AM.
