Situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, Weathertop is surrounded by serene pine forest and offers spectacular lake views. Very close to hiking and biking trailheads. Access to the popular Tahoe Park HOA beach and amenities is included with this rental.

Must be at least 25 years old to rent.

Prior approval is required to bring more than one dog to any dog-friendly property. All dogs must be at least one year old and must not be left unattended at the property unless crate trained. No pets other than dogs are allowed at any of our pet-friendly properties (no cats, birds, ferrets, etc.).

*PLEASE NOTE: If you are bringing a dog to our dog friendly property there is an additional fee of $100+tax per dog.

Our properties do not have air conditioning.

BBQs are not provided during winter months (November to Memorial Day)

CHAINS OR SNOW TIRES ARE OFTEN REQUIRED IN WINTER. THE ELEVATION IN TAHOE CITY IS 6,250 FEET. IT IS 7,000 FEET AT THE CABIN. THIS MEANS YOU CLIMB 750 FEET IN THE 2 MILES BETWEEN PINE AVE. AND THE TALMONT NEIGHBORHOOD. THIS HOME IS BEST ACCESSED WITH 4-WHEEL OR ALL-WHEEL DRIVE VEHICLES. PLEASE BE SURE TO READ OUR WINTER DISCLOSURE, PROVIDED WITH A RENTAL CONTRACT ONCE A RESERVATION IS MADE.

THE COUNTY OF PLACER IMPLEMENTED A NEW SHORT TERM RENTAL ORDINANCE WHICH IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR GUESTS TO ABIDE BY. FINES RANGE FROM $1,500- 5,000 AND CAN BE ISSUED TO GUESTS WHO ARE NOT IN COMPLIANCE. A FULL LIST OF RULES IS ATTACHED AS A PHOTO IN THIS LISTING. SOME HIGHLIGHTS INCLUDE:
•QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 9PM TO 8AM. NO NOISE SHALL BE HEARD ACROSS PROPERTY LINES. NO OUTDOOR SPEAKERS OR AMPLIFIED SOUND ARE TO BE USED AT ANY TIME.
•DOGS MUST BE LEASHED AT ALL TIMES WHEN OUTSIDE OF A PROPERTY AND ALL PET WASTE NEEDS TO BE PICKED UP.
•PARKING IS LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING NUMBER OF SPACES: 4 - STREET PARKING IS PROHIBITED YEAR-ROUND.
