The lower level entry includes a open mud room with access to the two car garage, the rec room with pool table pub height seating and TV, the bunk room and a king ensuite bedroom. The lower level also includes a bathroom and laundry area.

Upstairs is a beautifully designed open floor plan with space for the entire family to be comfortable together! Enjoy the large dining room table and breakfast nook off the updated kitchen, oversized sectional facing the cozy fireplace and media center with sliding doors to the sunny deck and hot tub! You also have a bathroom, king sized bedroom, and king ensuite bedroom.

Location:
While some may want to stick around the house and have a fun day at the property, perhaps others will want to venture out to the local ski spots like Northstar (13 miles away) and Palisades Tahoe/Alpine Meadows (10 miles away). Enjoy Skylandia Beach and Lake Forest Beach just a short drive from the home, make sure to stop by Sugar Pine Cakery for a sweet treat!

Parking:
Parking is available for 4 cars total. All cars must park in the garage or on the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance.
Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.

Other things to Note:
* Renters must be 25+
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 10 adults.
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Use of outdoor furniture is not guranteed in the winter.
* Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use!
* Your safety matters. This property may features exterior security cameras. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras will continuously record video and sound while guests are in residence.
