Very happy

You are never far from the beach in south padre! I wouldn’t spend more money to be on the beach. This place is worth the money. The dryer was loud, but only for a few minutes. Everything else was perfect!

Great place to stay!

This place is in such close proximity to not only the beach, but beach access as well. Our unit was comfortable and perfectly suited for my mom and I. The owner is easy to reach and will handle any questions that come up during your stay. Would definitely come again!

Perfection!

From the location so close to the beach to the adorable decoration, I could not have asked for a better place to stay. There were very clear check in instructions and I very much appreciated the little details like the local reccomendations! Such an incredible trip and I'm hoping to come back again my next visit!

Convenient and clean

The condo was conveniently located close to beach restaurants and shops. The pool is 5 steps from the door. It was clean but many of the dishes we took out were not. We were looking forward to having a dryer to dry our wet suits and towels each day but it was broken. Overall a pretty good experience.

Relaxing Visit

The apartment was inviting, clean, and just a short walk away from the beach. We were there during the second week of August and the complex was quiet even though there were several other units that were occupied during our time there. We would definitely recommend this apartment to friends and family.

Very clean room, and short walk to the beach

Everything was great, clean and cozy, it has everything you need for your time there. Although it wasn't a huge deal, I was not able to sign into wifi there there was so maybe to pick I want sure which one was the rooms and password as well. I suggest leaving id and password along with check in instructions. Also I never seen an extra set of keys, but that also wasn't a big deal either. Overall had a great experience.

Beautiful, Super Clean!

My family and I recently stayed in this property and I was immediately very impressed when I walked in the door. It was VERY clean, and more updated than the photos led on. Location is prime, maybe a 3 minute walk to the beach. The pool was almost always available (we stayed mon-mon), all to ourselves. My only complaint would be the shower head. There is a lot of hard water build up on it so it was a little hard to take a shower, but that’s a very simple fix and wouldn’t change my rating! Still 5 stars for our family!!

Great condo for our family

We recently just stayed at the condo and it was perfect for my husband and 2 boys!!! It had everything we needed and we enjoyed ourselves so much!! Highly recommend it and we will definitely be back!!!

Great family vacation my kids loved it.

The house was perfect for my husband and two little ones. My kids kept asking if we could live there and we have a 2000 square foot home. It was clean and perfect. Would recommend to anyone absolute 5 out of 5!! Thank you for making our first family vacation amazing.

Great clean condo within walking distance of all SPI

Quiet, clean and perfectly located on the island. Walkable to restaraunts, palms cafe, the beach and stores. Blue Marlin grocery is nearby if you prefer to cook, which we chose to do. Fantastic availability of pots and pans, and new kitchen appliances. Comfortable seating and bed, and furnished toiletries in bathroom. Can't really beat this condo for the price.

The condo was exactly as pictured!

The condo was neat and very clean. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and making your morning coffee. The bedroom is very cozy and the bathroom is very clean and with plenty of towels and bathroom essentials. The beach is just a nice brisk walk and the pool is well kept and clean. Overall, it's a great place to stay . It's a very peaceful and quite complex. Thank you Yvonne for all of the lovely accommodations!

Great condo by the beach

Would highly recommend this condo for a couple or small family. Its very cute & a very short walk to the beach. We were provided with everything we needed. The complex is quiet & pretty clean with a pool. Will definitely be returning sometime :)
