Nice and peaceful

We enjoyed being able to stay with our large group of friends. The house is nice and big and provides plenty of space. The pool was fantastic! The private beach is beautiful. It would be nice to have some light weight beach chairs available for guests to take to the beach with them. The house was nice and clean and we had a wonderful time!

Unforgettable vacation , amazing apartment , and great service

The apartment is exactly how is in the pictures, even better . Bedroom are big, equipped living room. Common area well maintained , big pool with all the equipment. Great view to the golf area and to the lake. 4 min walking beach distance. Excellent customer service , always available for any type of our requested such as best place where to go , better restaurant ,how to move around Playa Del Carmen. we'll go back to Casa Blanca , and I highly recommend your staying in there.

An amazing experience

This house was perfect for our big family. It's bigger than it looks in the pictures and its location is great, very short walk to the beach which, by the way, is beautiful: clean and quiet. The common area is perfect for relaxing and the big pool is really something! It's shared but we always found it empty, probably everybody choose to walk to the beach since it's so close. The view from the house was really stunning, you can see the lake of the golf course. 10/10! Everything was so cozy and easy and the host was friendly and very helpful and made our vacation easier! We booked their transportation and it was fast and comfy. The cleaning staff was very efficient, I was always glad to come back from the beach to a clean house! If we come back to Playa Del Carmen we'll be happy to stay here again.

Wonderful holiday

The house is much more beautiful in person than in the photos, the view from the suite with the lake and the golf course is incredible. The pool and common areas are very well-maintained and there's never anyone around; we enjoyed the pool all to ourselves even during peak season. The beach is just across the street, a two-minute walk, and it's gorgeous, one of the most beautiful beaches we've seen in the Caribbean. The house is impeccably maintained, with incredible daily cleaning. Valentina was always attentive to our needs, and it's amazing how the hosts make you feel at home every day. They were always checking on how our vacation was going and if we needed anything, they showered us with attention and provided great advice on how to best explore the area. Clean house, excellent kitchen and kitchen supplies, everything was splendid. We will definitely be back.

Not enough water to even shower toilets bareley flush and run all night VERY HOT A/C doesn't work in all rooms. NOT newly renovated should have said still under renovations. bare wires sticking out of walls ants crawling up interior walls. AWFULL experience. The only bad experience the 12 days in Mexico.

The only problem you had was I told you right away. You saw another listing for another home of mine and booked the wrong house (I took you to see the home you thought you had booked, and you admitted your mistake to me). So the distance of the beach, the two swimming pools that are missing and other things you say is because YOU BOOKED ANOTHER HOUSE THAN THE ONE YOU HAD SEEN PREVIOUSLY. And the knocker at midnight was Playacar security because you were bathing naked in the pool with the music blaring and "young female sex workers" not allowed on the property. And in any case, before writing such reviews and ruining the work of 10 people who eat with this house, it would be nice to avoid writing and doing stupid things like booking a different house and then writing that the ad is not correct.

We immediately fell in love with seeing this house; it's 100% Mexican but with all the American and European facilities, located in the most beautiful part of the Riviera Maya. Living in this house is relaxing, pleasant, and comfortable. You are close to the beach and the Caribbean sea inside the fantastic Caribbean jungle. The place is relative to all commodities, commercial centers, and hospitals, but when you close the entrance door, you enter a fantasy world isolated from everything else.
