Casa Palmas está situado en el lujoso complejo tropical de Playacar fase 1, en Playa del Carmen. Jardines tropicales rodean esta casa, con la Xaman-Ha Aviary como su vecino. Tres terrazas que ofrecen la vista al paraíso sagrado de la naturaleza y las impresionantes vistas del Mar Caribe. Somos unos pasos de las playas de arena blanca. Sofisticación mexicana aparece en esta vivienda romántico. Casa Palmas de Baja Mar es una casa de cuatro pisos que tiene capacidad para diez personas. Cuenta con cuatro habitaciones, tres baños, dos cocinas completas, dos comedores y dos salas de estar con un sofá cama. Toda la carpintería es hecha a mano en caoba. Nuestra piscina privada tiene un sistema de agua purificada. Tenemos aire acondicionado y ventiladores de techo en todas partes centrales. La villa cuenta ahora con un sistema de filtración de agua purificada UVA. También contamos con alta velocidad de conexión a Internet inalámbrica para su conveniencia así que traiga su computadora portátil.


Estamos situados en el centro turístico de Playacar fase 1 con el Mar Caribe. Estamos a pocos minutos a pie de la playa y un 3 a 5 minutos a pie de la famosa 5ta Avenida (Quinta Avenida)

Spacious space next to the beach and city center

Massive space with multiple TVs (one is just huge). Very conveniently located. Offers lots of private space.

Perfect stay and perfect host!

From the moment we booked our vacation house, the process was extremely smooth. The host Pauline contacted us to give us all the information that we needed andLet us know that the property manager would be meeting us at the house to give us the tour, she also arranged the private shuttle for us from the airport to the house, and was accessible for anything that we needed.

Beautiful house

House have everything to offer and more. The host and her staff are quick to any situation that may arise. Super comfortable and accommodating. Prime location. You simply cannot get any better!!! We would love to come back!!

Amazing stay!

The place was an amazing experience, Pauline was attentive to every need we had. I would easily give it more than five stars if I could. The place was clean, spacious, and had a great feel about it. The beach was so close and 5th Avenida was not too far but far enough to avoid the noise. I’d love to stay here next time we come to Playa del Carmen.

Great vacation stay

My only comment would be the construction behind the house. We were gone during the day, so it wasn’t all that bad. The location, the service, and the value were all perfect.

Beautiful home and close to the beach!

Loved our stay! The home is beautiful, perfect space for 8 of us that traveled to Playa for the first time! Laura prepared a wonderful meal for us upon arrival and everyone went out of their way to help my son celebrate his birthday, surprising him with balloons and a cake! Thank you so much for the hospitality and letting us share your home! Loved how close we were to the beach and 5th Ave. Highly recommend!

Beautiful House

Lovely house great location. Short walk to the beach. Little longer walk to restaurants and stores but doable. Sergio was awesome. He help us set up a couple tours and was always available to help us out. Highly recommend.

The property was nice and clean. Would suggest a few additions: dishwasher, cooking oil, bathroom bar soap. it would be nice to have a directory of local establishments and recommendations. Here are a few: trattoria del centro, Il fogon, OH la la.....

Perfect, spacious, near the beach, fully equipped

All 7 of us considered it amazing. It was perfectly located 2 short blocks from the beach, but also had a great little pool out front where we spent half our time. Roof top patio, multiple floors, multiple balconies meant that everyone could find some away space. The best part was that it was fully equipped. There were all the beach chairs, umbrellas that we needed, and a cooler. Two bicycles with a bike lock and key were perfect for a quick ride into town for groceries. This is the second time we've been to Playacar, and the next time, we will book here; I'm sure we wouldn't find a better place. Had lots of quick response communication with both the owner and Sergio, the on-site property manager, who passed by several times.

Family Retreat

My Family and I Loved this location. Minutes walk from the beach and market place on 5th Ave. The Villa had everything we needed. Very Clean. Sergio and his Mother were great. We had Sergio's mother prepare our meal on the day of arrival, an it was exactly what we wanted, we also had leftovers for 3 day which was a plus. Great location for us! Sorry we didn't have time to stay longer than the week we were there!

Fantastic stay and fantastic host

Pauline is an incredible host! She made our stay wonderful and was extremely helpful. In addition to quick and helpful communication, she helped us arrange shuttle ride to and from the airport and connected us with a driver who could take us to and from the wedding we were attending. The local property manager, Sergio, was also very helpful. We were able to hire his mother to cook a dinner for us one night--the dinner was excellent. The property was just as described. Safe and clean neighborhood with security staff + very close to the beach. I highly recommend staying at Pauline's residence in Playa!

Impressive !!!!!!!!

This place was FANTASTIC! To start, I can't say enough about the host Pauline! She was always there before my trips to answer questions and arrange transport from the Cancun airport. The house was amazing! Plenty of room to roam around and plenty of separate space so you didn't feel on top of each other. The area was secure and close to walk to grab a cab or just cruise down the beach. My friends and I thouroughly enjoyed our stay there for my 40th bday trip. I highly recommend the villa!

200 steps to the beach!

Three adult couples shared the villa for 11nights-The villa is spacious very clean, very bright and friendly.The layout is interesting and was not really conducive to our group- the 2 most upper decks are accessible only through the master bedroom. However we made it work and very much enjoyed our time at Casa Palmas. Pauline is extremely gracious answering any questions. Sergio is also quick to answer and remedy any problems and help book a driver (which we did several times- Juan is amazing if you book a driver through Sergio) Maria keeps the Villa clean and well maintained. Beach chairs, umbrellas beach mats and 2 adult bikes with a lock are available to use. Along with being so close to the beach you are a very short walk to 5th Avenue with some Mayan Ruins along the way!

Beautiful property

We had such a great time at Casa Palmas right from the start ! It was a beautiful house with lots of room. Sergio took such good care of us and was really responsive to our needs. The walk to 5th Avenue was minimal and there were even ruins to see on the way. Also, Pauline made sure that all of our arrangements were in place before our arrival. Beautiful, beautiful staff!

We took our family (6 grandsons and 6 adults) to Playa Del Carmen for 11 days! The home was beautifully decorated and had many conveniences for all of us to enjoy meals in. We were 2 minutes to the beach and 10 minutes from downtown so days were spent on the beach and at night we walked into town for street entertainment and dinners. Sergio hooked us up with our favorite driver Remero! He offered suggestions for our day trips and the kids loved honing their Spanish with him. Casa Palmas was amazing and Pauline made the trip fun for all of us. Thanks to all for giving our family a magical vacation!

Pretty House

Pauline offers a nice 3 story house with a plunge pool out front. There are also nice terraces upstairs to enjoy the sun. Sergio is helpful and his mom makes some wonderful dinners. The beach was pretty but we had the bad luck that nobody can predict of seaweed washing up on the beach. The beach is quite close. There is plenty of room for families and 2 kitchens. We did hear some distant construction work the first 2 mornings of our visit but in short order I am sure the team will move along.

Beautiful house and pool!!

We loved the house and pool!! Sergio was so kind and accommodating. The only issue was the algae bloom had impacted this beach so we were unable to enjoy the ocean. It would have been nice to have known in advance before we went to the market and bought lots of groceries ... and before booking 3 different sets of family members to ride in from Cancun airport. We had to cut our time at the house short and rebook in a different area.

Family Holiday Getaway

What a beautiful gem just steps from the ocean! The house is so lovely - 4 outdoor seating areas - pool - ocean just down the block. There was some construction going on behind the house so we couldn't use the roof seating area during working hours, but that didn't dampen our enthusiasm for a wonderful stay at this location. The neighborhood is so beautiful and we walked it every day - spent time at the beach every day, including enjoying some fabulous sunrises - also enjoyed the bird sanctuary. Our host and property manager were the best! They arranged all travel for us and also arranged for Laura to cook 2 meals for us - what a bonus that is! Those meals were fantastic! Everyone so helpful and delightful. Would highly recommend this property.

Great Property in Playacar Phase 1

The place was perfect for a group of four guys on a dive trip. A short walk to the city center and to the Reef Marina, our dive shop. Two kitchens, four bedrooms, a sofa bed on the 2nd floor, and 3 bathrooms, with patios, rooftop, and a small play pool to hangout. The master BR on the top floor doesn't have full privacy, but it was spacious with a great master bath. The owner was responsive and the local staff were very attentive during our stay. The unit has 2 bikes, which made it convenient to run to the store. Air conditioning was listed as an option and I missed that when originally booking.

GREAT location and BEAUTIFUL home!

We had a great time relaxing and enjoying Pauline’s pristine home! The house is immaculate and comes with everything you need. Pauline answered many questions before we arrived and arranged our transportation from the airport. Sergio was there always checking on us and making sure everything was perfect! Thank you Sergio!!! We ENJOYED Sergio’s moms cooking one night! It was DELICIOUS! Super close to the beach and easy walking distance to 5th Avenue. Pauline’s house is in a very secure location. We always felt safe walking to and from town. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home! ❤️

Great Stay

The home was very clean. The property manager and Pauline were always accessible and very helpful with everything. Pauline was extremely accommodating when we didn't think we would have our passports in time. Thankfully we ended up receiving them and she was able to change our reservation back to our original dates. Unfortunately the beaches near by were all covered in seaweed and completely not swimmable. Sergio assisted us is setting up excursions to Xcaret, Xelha and Cozumel to get to a clean beach. If you are expecting just make sure to confirm if you are able to participate in the activities before you pay! Overall a good stay. Hopefully next time the seaweed is not an issue so we can have more relaxing days on the beach.

All you need in Playa

Our vacation to Playa was so much better because of this house rental. Thank you Pauline, Sergio and Maria for making our stay so relaxing. Sergio will have you covered on anything you need for the house while visiting and he is great at arranging transportation or tours or making suggestions of places to go. Maria kept the house immaculate and she never disturbed us during her work. You have a beautiful home Pauline. Thank you for sharing it with our family! The only suggestion that I have would be to have a guest book with information on the house, where to put garbage, suggestions of things to do and comments from other guests. The seaweed is an issue in Playa but we knew that going in and it is no fault of the owner. Great vacation!!! Perfect VRBO rental!!

Our stay was wonderful. Made even better by the great staff.

We are a family of 6 and arrived with a small degree of concern for safety with this being our first trip to Mexico. However, within moments of arriving our worries were put to rest. Pauline arranged a driver from the airport for us. She even arranged for us to have an authentic Mexican dinner the night of our arrival. And Sergio, the caregiver of the home was wonderful, gracious, kind, and could always be reached by text whether we needed a taxi, a restaurant recommendation, tour, or arranging 2 additional home cooked meals by his mother. (We highly recommend having Sergio’s mother prepare a meal or two - she is wonderful). A housekeeper came and cleaned and did our wash and the pool was cleaned daily before anyone woke up. Many thanks to Pauline, Sergio and his mother for making this a great trip. We would highly recommend this home to anyone! Gaylon and Angela Beights
